Perfect ADHD meditation help!

I love this app

I regularly go for waljs, and this app. accompanies me every time. It has transformed the experience of walking and mindfulness. I have found an earpiece that rests on the ear rather than insside the ear, and itโ€™s just simply amazing walking in nature, listening to the wonderful narration. I highly recommend this app along with wireless open ear headphones as you can hear the voice whilst taking in the sounds around you
