Terrible customer service

I constantly have orders not delivered like Everytime I order something from them it ends up being out of stock but some how it’s still available to buy online but then you have to sit there for two weeks waiting for your money back and good luck on that they just might never give you your money back and don’t even try to talk to customer service they literally do absolutely nothing but just say your the problem
