The worst app I've ever encountered. Good thing I paid all this money for heated tiles and I can't even use it because this company won't update their app. I cannot believe I have to to deal with this every winter. What a joke.
Trouble with Energy Usage reporting
This is a darn good app except there Energy Use feature stopped working about a month after the system was installed. I can still see the Energy Use on the thermostat but it is not showing up on the app. If I go back in time on the app I can see when the Energy Use was last reported (11/16/24) but just empty charts after that. I would definitely give more stars of that was fixed.

HomeKit Integration?!
It’s been years but still zero HomeKit integrations? THIS is the missing piece here!
Works Great So Far
Now giving it 5 stars. One of the best thought-out, intuitive interfaces for time programming I’ve ever seen. The thermostat itself is excellent as well.
for Got the thermostat for a heated bathroom under-tile floor heater system made by the same company. It replaces the cheaper, older generation, hard to see one the contractor just installed. Nice interface. Easy to program once you’re set up, (the routine for doing that is a little odd but not a huge deal though it would have been 5 stars if not for that). The thermostat is nice, easy to read even at an angle, (impossible with the 1st one), and doesn’t really NEED an app, (a very similar sibling doesn’t), but a few more bucks makes it easier to use and there just may be that time when I’m returning from a trip and thinking a nice shower and heated floor would be nice...

Stat & account setup leaves much to be desired!
No place to sign up for an account in the app or on their website! 😳
Turns out you have to setup only from the thermostat itself, not as user friendly as other devices to wifi setup...
Once you finally have it setup, it’s fine.
Needs HomeKit compatibility, also could use a humidity & motion sensor for better smart home integrations.
