Handy app
Been using for years…works well and comes in handy on watch for checking on camera. Thanks for the update for new iOS. Recommended
The only problem
Is there aren't more developers who make quality apps and back it up with quality support. This is an excellent app made by an excellent developer. Wish they were all like this.
Incredible app!
I just downloaded the app as I have 8 cameras in 2 houses and I have to constantly look at the cameras. Now I can watch my 8 cameras on my watch, and you can also zoom with the turn of the dial. Fantastic app!
Voice
This app has no 2-way voice communication
The app ls good but updates are slow.
No widgets for IOS 18.

iOS 18 update: Really hoping you’re able to update to the new style widgets, since iOS 18 doesn’t support the old style widgets! I’ve really come to rely on the camera views in my Today screen.

Unfortunately, the new widgets are not so good for the purpose of showing a live feed video. New widgets can only update visually every 15 minute or so, or maybe can be manually refreshed with a new static image every time you press a button on the widget. This is robably the best I will be able to do with the app update that will have new style widgets.
Doesn’t Work
Waste of $2.99. It either doesn’t ever connect, or when it does, it’s like one frame every 10 seconds.
No security help
This app will only give you a live feed, no event history, no event notification, therefore no security help. If you just want to see a live feed on your watch, that’s all it can do.
Perfect Service!
This may only be my second app review ever? I’m not sure, but this one is worth it. This app is so convenient that I should have given it these five stars back when I first installed it. Being able to check my Nest camera feeds on my watch is very convenient and was the whole reason I downloaded it in the first place. What I did NOT anticipate was how useful the widget would be. Being able to simply swipe from my Home Screen and instantly see my four top cameras is legitimately a game changer. I used that function more than my watch or the Google Home app itself.
Unfortunately sometime in the last few months something broke. I think it was most likely due to an iOS update, but I’m not sure. Whatever it was, the widget now fails to load the camera feeds and is depressingly empty. I’ve tried limiting it to a single feed, uninstalling/reinstalling, even adding and removing cameras but nothing has helped. Is this something that is fixable? Thank you for a great app!

The developer emailed me two days after my review with some suggestions regarding ways to possibly fix my issues. After multiple emails back and forth, he actually sent me a link to download and test some of his upcoming updates. The build I am using currently does not fully restore the old functionality (a problem I already suspected was on Apple’s end due to the timing of the feature breaking), but is a fantastic partial fix. I am very satisfied with this app and COMPLETELY happy with my interactions with the designer. Thank you Marko!

Thank you for the thoughtful review! The memory allocated to the widgets could have changed with an OS update, which could have caused this, but please try powering off the phone and starting it again - see if that resolves the problem. If not, please contact me at marconelly@gmail.com and I can send you a test version of the app where I'm working on a solution for this problem.

This app is totally awesome and the fact that I can view live from all my Nest right on my Apple Watch is total game changer for me. The developer of this app is very responsive and so helpful. This app is awesome!
Live feed works!
I’ll be honest that I was skeptical at first because Google/Nest doesn’t seem to play nice anymore with 3rd party stuff. However, the live feed does work great on my Apple Watch Ultra. It shows maybe a frame or two per second, but it’s perfect for seeing what’s going on without getting your phone.
Trouble free app
I was so thrilled to find this application. Who would’ve ever thought that I got to see all of my nest cameras right on my watch. The cameras instantly show up when you tap the widget on your watch. The app that is installed on your phone also allows you to see all of your cameras on the first page when you open up the app. The bottom line is quick, accessible and works 100% of the time. Thank you for a while engineered product.

Hidden Gem
As per the title, this app is vital if you have lots of Nest Cams. Best part is actually being able to use it as a widget when you slide right from your Home Screen. Previews are almost instant. Absolute game changer for me :)
Works very good except…
The camera icon on the watch disappeared and now it has 2 dashes “- -“ instead. This occurred after the last update. Otherwise the app works as advertised. I can watch live streams or alerts.

Great for quick viewing
Been using it for years and decided to write a little review. Don’t use the app itself much but I always install this on my devices to quickly view my 2 nest cams. Does what it’s supposed to do and don’t see anything else like it.
App still not working as expected.
Apple Watch icon shows as this - - Not the actually icon. The icon eventually appears after some time. Not sure what the issue is. Users shouldn’t have to remove and add an app to make it work. Contacted the developer. He tried to answer and help. Not sure he knows how to resolve the issue. The app would be great if it worked as it should.

Love seeing my cameras on my Apple Watch
App allows me to see the live feed from my 3 Nest Cameras. I had an operation question and Marko answered my email super quick and helped me resolve the minor issue. Very happy with this App!
