Don’t be scared by the stars!
The night before my son’s first day at daycare, I was terrified when I went to download this app and saw 2 stars. Hardly slept the night before! But I’ve been using it today and it’s been working great. It isn’t glitchy at all and always loads the camera right away. My daycare has it set that I only get 10 views a day- which stinks for sure but that’s not the app’s fault! Camera isn’t crystal clear but I know what my baby looks like and can see him clearly. They also have a camera over his crib.

Never had problems
Have been using with my LO at daycare for over a month and I’ve never had any issues. TBH the bad reviews scared me but I’ve genuinely had no problems with the app, seeing my child, and the cameras connecting.
Why do you kick us out every few minutes?
The app forces you to click Continue so so so many times! Every couple of minutes. While in the middle of watching !
So annoying!!!
And there is NO Audio! Why??? So annoying!!!
Also the quality is so 1980s! So bad and blurry.
Schools please wake up and get a better app!

Crazy inconsistent
Our daycare uses this app and we have to EACH pay $30 a month just to access it. The camera quality on the app is garbage. The actual app goes offline EASILY more than 1/2 the time. It is a joke. It constantly freezes and then we get kicked out of our account multiple times a week. Legitimately a terrible app and any daycares that use it should stop immediately. Your one job is to allow for streaming of video to watch our kid and you can’t do that.

Could be so much better
I feel like they are constantly having issues with the app or cameras. The quality is pretty terrible. I never know how much of my 10 minutes I have left. There are just many things that they could improve on.
Guess which blur is your kid
On the rare occasion the cameras actually work you get to play the guessing game of “which one of these blurs running around the room is my child”. I suggest remembering what color clothes you put them in- it helps. Unless the cameras switch to black and white. Then, who knows!

Poor quality
I log in several times per day and most of the time the app will not connect to the cameras or it will tell me I have reached the end of my session when I am trying to log in or it reports a network error has occurred. I have to constantly close the app and reopen to finally have a connection to the camera. This app only allows camera access and there is no way to communicate directly through this app. It would be more practical to have one app to use for the day care system rather than two separate apps- one for camera and one for communication.

Great app to watch child at school
Most of the bad reviews are parents upset with how their child’s school limits them. I have no issues with the app. Most of my issues come from bad service.
So inconsistent!
I get 8 viewing sessions of 5min each. After relaunching the app, I get 2s of video, which consumes a whole session. I’d then have to consume another session to get the actual 5 minutes of video
It’s horrible
I always log on and see a blank screen or a loading screen . The pictures never appear like they’re supposed to . They need something else

Lousy and stupid expensive app
Crummy app. “No internet connection” every other time I load the app. Must crash twice an hour. And they’re jacking up prices. Avoid.
Terrible
I use this app to check in on my daughter at preschool. It never works and always says "All possible media sources have failed." It very frustrating because being able to check on my daughter at school is one of the reasons we picked the school that we picked. This app needs to be fixed.
Session issues
We appreciate the utility of this app but the amount it times out your session or does not detect network and requires a restart makes it maddening.
TERRIBLE
I get 7-3minute sessions a day and when I log in to watch my kid for a few seconds and come back a couple hours later it says a session has been used. It’s frustrating cuz I only get so much time already to check on my toddler while in daycare.
App does not work
I’ve been trying to open my app to view my sons cameras at school and it just buffers, I’ve never even seen what the app looks like beyond the W that shows when opening! 😑😑😑 I’ve tried deleting it off my phone and download again but still have the same issue! Very frustrating!! The app shouldn’t exist if it is not optimized for mobile use!

Spinning wheel of death
Nothing loads but the buffering wheel. I contacted the company and they literally just sent back an email saying they know that it happens. And that was it. The website is fine. But the app is terrible.
Can’t access login screen
My father-in-law downloaded the app yesterday after the app updated, and he is unable to get to the login screen edges does a white screen and a circle of death. Absent deleted and reinstalled multiple times with 6 to 12 hours in between logins.
Many breaks and need to sign in again
The video breaks many times and you have to log in again and again to continue watching. I keep getting message of session ended and login again which is annoying.
Awful quality
Grainy and constant freezing. Screen goes black and says it timed out. Works better on my husbands android.
