App trouble
Have had a lot of trouble getting on the App once it was installed.Keeps searching for the controller but can’t open it so have been very frustrated with it.The technician who installed the lights and got them all set up and connected to my Wifi had trouble with it too.The App needs some fine tuning to make it better.Disappointing to say the least.

App out of date
I love the lights, but programming them is tedious. The app hasn’t been updated since we got the light 3 years ago.

Ok lights but so far behind the other companies
Lights are ok if your old and want basic colours but with technology out there there is no presets compared to other companies that have oilers colours, frozen themes, paw patrol themes, Valentine’s Day, st Patrick’s day etc. we were told they were always updating this app with new ideas and they’ve done nothing in the two years we’ve had them not one update nothing has changed not one new theme to try nothing

Needs a serious update
We’ve had our watt lights since January 2022. We were promised an update to the app and controller when we purchased the lighting. Over a year later still no updates. Very disappointed. We’ve had tons of issues with lights being offline and difficult to connect back. Not user friendly at all.
