Onboarding hell
The app onboarding is so unnecessarily painful that I abandoned it twice- developers, PLEASE look at best practices, e.g. login via Google/ Apple etc and also enable ApplePay
Cheats, stay away
Stay away, they quote you less and once work is done, they’ll say your car is bigger and charge you more. I pay £10 for my car wash from outside and they charged me £25 and the wash was not any better, in fact worse. Don’t get scammed.
Upgrade?
If this is an improvement then I must be missing something. I made successful booking before the upgrade but now I can’t even find a location nearby without the app failing. I’ve been trying to book a wash for about a month now. I’ve given up and am going to delete the app.
Doesn’t work on iPad
Works fairly well on iPhone but hangs forever on iPad 😐

Every time I log into the app,it crashes. I’ve deleted and re installed the app several times, always the same! I’ve now deleted the app for ever!

Utterly painful
I’ve never felt the need to review an app until now, but Waves is so horrifically designed that I feel like I have a public duty to warn others. The annoying part is that the staff at the Waves sites I have used have been brilliant, and the service excellent, but the interface is so awful on the app that it puts me off booking completely. Laggy, counter-intuitive and prone to sitting on a loading page for minutes at a time….this should be SO simple, but it saps the life out of me. I just. Want. To. Get. My. Car. Cleaned.

Didn’t use the app to find the car wash. App is rubbish and does not work. Avoid.

The app simply does not work. How on earth did it get approved? Surely someone would have tested it first?
Terrible App
Just like all the other reviewers have said, it’s a slow, clunky terrible app. It takes forever to register and then it can’t even find my local Waves car wash. I really should’ve read the reviews first. My local site is always super busy so it’s very tricky to book on the day! I’d rather go elsewhere and I’m deleting the app too.

This app is appalling to use. If you push through the awful UI to book your car in for a wash, you’ll be disappointed twice in one day.

Its slow, hard to use, the location maps takes 2 minutes to load and crashes all the time. If you are lucky to find a location it brings up a blank box and you cannot select it. Worst app ever

Amazing that in this day and age, such incredibly bad apps as this are still on offer.
