New in this version: Fixed an issue introduced in v4.3.1 where a broken chain wouldn't disappear as expected. Version 4.3.1 Changed the colour of Today's date in the header from red to system accent color. The red color was confusing, as it had nothing to do with your journal entries as such. Squashed a few very rare bugs. Version 4.3.0 Backup & Restore is now free for all users. Reduced glass effect under the navigation bar for improved clarity. Introduced a redesigned date header that now includes the day of the month and supports tapping and swiping. Fixes and improvements: Resolved an issue where the interactive walk-through could become unresponsive. Fixed a problem causing the chart title to display incorrectly after force-quitting the app. Trend charts now correctly remember the “Summarize All” selection. Improved stability when rapidly tapping Yes / No / Skip / Erase during auto-advance. Addressed minor color inconsistencies on iOS 26. Corrected gradient rendering in the tag collection. Fixed a bug where the selected day highlight could disappear when opening another update menu. Resolved an issue where auto-advance was not properly disabled with Today or Yesterday filters.

Great app to stay on track

Easy and effective

My ADHD often lends itself to me becoming obsessed with one method of tracking or organization before discarding it for the next. I haven’t really ever stuck with much for long. But I keep coming back to this app! It’s simple and straightforward. Well worth buying the pro version.
