Terrible Company!
I tried to return an item in the same package that Wayfair sent it to me and FedEx would not accept it. They said I had to package it different which meant more money out of my pocket on top of the return fee. Ended up keeping the item and selling it privately. Never buying from them again and closing my account. Highly recommend you guys do the same!!

Generally really everything I’ve ordered
I have ordered quite a few items through Wayfair and usually I’m very țhappy. Just be careful because you get what you pay for. If it’s really cheaply priced, it’s made that way too. But if you spend a few more dollars the value is there in my experience. My one true complaint is returns. They are not always easy… in fact, often it just isn’t worth returning because shipping is more then it’s worth. Maybe that has changed, I haven’t tried recently, but I’ve donated more than one brand new item because it cost less than the return.

Not Worth The Risk
I’ve purchased 29 items totally thousands of dollars with Wayfair. What I unfortunately have come to learn, is that once thirty days, there is zero product support available. Need to order a replacement part and willing to pay? Kick rocks! Unlike Home Depot or Costco or any other company that will be helpful, Wayfair is impersonal and has zero regard for resolving issues. Not worth the risk.

The towels I just received I love them
I give him 100% they’re made in America. Everybody should buy them. I wanna get the hand towels in the wash clothes.
