Terrible!
I keep getting an error message when I try to sign in on the app and the website. Called using the customer service number and only get automated responses. Tried to send a request using the ‘contact us’ form and got another error message. This is my first encounter with this company and I already dislike it.

Cannot login after the update. I can login through the website fine. You should fire your developer. There was nothing wrong with it, now it's completely unusable. Good job guys 👍
Don’t do it
Just not worth it. Save yourself and figure out another option. You will regret having this lifetime payment. And if your late they charge you by the day. Which is pretty ridiculous.

When they want “your” loan they are all over you yet when its finalized they blow you off. I have written 3 emails and no response. Predatory lender? Not sure yet. i think it seems intentional so you default. BBB next step.
Scammers and the opposite of user friendly
Anything that has to do with Wilshire is terrible.. then they don’t update the credit bureau when you pay your loan off in full.. and I paid it off and they still took out the auto payment. Then when I tried to get the 200$ I over paid because their system is rigged to take your money in every way. They said I couldn’t get it back for another 21 days. Wilshire lacks all integrity ethics and competency.

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO GET A LOAN FROM
It would not allow me to receive an offer they were offering me. I also do not believe when a person is suffering from a cancer diagnosis after receiving the loan did not offer a deferred payments while not working and going through chemotherapy. They told me they do not have a plan for being sick. This caused me to fall behind and my car being repossessed. Many companies do have clauses that help the recipient to defer payments. I have so many late payments because of this. I advise anyone to go another route because they have no compassion for clients that have something like breast cancer just pop up in a person’s life. I was in a chemotherapy session and they hounded me by calling five times in an hour with different numbers. PLEASE FO NOT GET A LOSN GROM THEM. Please don’t!!!!!!

I got a title loan and moved states it's been a year and they have not sent my title to new dmv so I paying for a loan and can't drive my car
Greedy loan company
This is one of the worst loan companies I ever dealt with. We had Covid come thru and ruin our lives. I got very sick was hospitalized and still made my payments they were late but they received them and because of that I am paying a whole year more of payments. They do not care if you die all they want is money I made all 36 payments and now I have to pay another 12 months that is just down right greed and to think I still made payments even on my death bed and this is what I got in return just aweful no situation could of made anything better being confined to home but I will be damned they were late but I paid all 36 payments and I am a single poor woman struggling to survive but in turn they will have received over 12,000.00 on a 3000.00 dollar loan pretty sad isn't it for me not for them. Do not use Wilshire Consumer Credit with this Covid destroying peoples lives cause they do not care
