Terrible customer service
When everything is working smoothly with your WeatherXM device, it's great—no complaints. The product delivers weather data and the promise of $WXM token rewards without any hassle. But the moment something goes wrong—like my station simply refusing to power on—the entire experience falls apart. Their customer support is outright terrible. Communication is poor and inconsistent at best. You wait endlessly for any reply, and even after finally hearing back (often after a long delay), you're left hanging again—for example, I've been waiting over a full week now just to get basic next steps or guidance on resolution. It has been almost a full month since my device stops working and not getting much help from them. It feels like they're more focused on pushing the token and data ecosystem than actually helping users when hardware fails. Meanwhile, the $WXM token itself has become essentially worthless, with everyone dumping it anyway. Worst of all: their customer service and support staff completely suck. They stay silent for extended periods, provide minimal or unhelpful responses when they do reply, and leave paying customers frustrated and abandoned. This level of neglect turns what could be a solid project into a major disappointment.

Scam Company
Rewards are low, they already pulled the rug. Plus, customer support loves to ignore you. It’s sad cause the concept is good but the people running it are piss poor.

Great App
I wish there was an option to correct the ABS Pressure to correct to SLP (Sea Level Pressure) corrected for altitude. My station is at 1000 feet above SL thus the corrected pressure at Sea Level should be approximately 1 inch added to the absolute pressure. This is how aviation and other forecasts are reported.
