You’ve called out several areas of the experience that need to be clearer including latency issues with the charger connection, more in-app controls rather than having to use text, and clarity on how Smart Charging is calculated and displayed in your charging history. We understand your frustration and are actively working to improve these experiences. Hi J.Val, thank you for this feedback. We are sorry for these frustrations and will work to improve the experience for future users. Luckily we do offer ways of overriding our charging schedules either by hitting "Charge now" on your web or mobile dashboard or texting "Charge now" in your WeaveGrid SMS thread. We have notified ChargePoint of our desire to have their app also enable overrides. You're right that our smart schedules may schedule for any time from when you plug in to your departure time. They are set to optimize first for your vehicle readiness and low cost, and secondarily to charge at the best times for the grid. That often means that charging will delay and start very early in the morning when energy is cheapest and most abundant. Why force us to use this?
Your sms messages have a link to disable notifications which takes you to the website on which you cant disable sms messages. Instead you force me to download this half baked garbage app where that is literally the only difference to the website.
Stop this practice, it’s obnoxious and terrible for customers.

Hi Schnitzlerry, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you ran into these frustrations. Luckily we do have ways of disabling notifications via the web. If you navigate to the top right, click on "Settings", and click on "Notifications" you'll find your SMS controls there. We are looking into what might be causing the notification bell to flash for your device as that is not the case for other devices.
