App not helpful

Every time you logged into the app, you have to put your email address and password, and vehicle information, it does not let you go beyond that. It just says you’re on the waitlist been doing this for almost one month, as soon as I plug my charging cord into my vehicle, I get a notification that says when the charge will start, if I have all that information after I plug my vehicle in, why do I keep getting on the waitlist in the app and it does not let me go beyond that information

Why force us to use this?

App doesnt even let the homepage scroll on first load. Instead it flashes a notification bell that when clicked has no content.

Your sms messages have a link to disable notifications which takes you to the website on which you cant disable sms messages. Instead you force me to download this half baked garbage app where that is literally the only difference to the website.

Stop this practice, it’s obnoxious and terrible for customers.

If you navigate to the top right, click on "Settings", and click on "Notifications" you'll find your SMS controls there. We are looking into what might be causing the notification bell to flash for your device as that is not the case for other devices.
