7 year old broken app
App doesn’t work. You can’t sign in. Just sticks you in an endless loop. The app hasn’t received an update in 7 years.

Reporting this app is trash
Historically, this app hasn’t been awe-inspiring but it got the job done. I don’t know who messed with it though because it’s pretty much unusable now. It makes you sign in ALL THE TIME. I’m talking between pages. Then it will just occasionally get stuck on a sign in page. What gives?
Clunky app only good for reporting issues
I can see the draw for this app - it’s a fast and easy way to report roadkill, potholes, and trees down. Personally I found the rudimentary app borderline unusable.
I signed up for it because I was referred by the website to use it to schedule bulk pickup. After clicking around everywhere, I found it under reports. Went to file a report and there is nowhere to schedule. Then I thought maybe I did it wrong and tried to close the report, but I was having issues closing it. There is nothing that indicates the only way to close a ticket is by leaving a comment.
Meanwhile the app crashed and I had to reopen, more frustrated than before.
If you want it only for an easy way to make reports, it’s clunky but fine. Anything more than that, just call. It’s not worth your time.

Don’t waste your time. Login doesn’t work.

Can’t recreate account since that email is already used for the account that it thinks the password is wrong.
