I get results
The app is very user friendly. I log my concerns frequently. The adm is very responsive. I agree with reviewers that the adm is not detailed on how the issue was resolved/closed but point is, my issues have been addressed.
Can’t find my address
The app is supposed to be able to find my address as I begin to type it in. I typed the complete address but the app still could not find it.
Freezes up
Mid way through a request it won’t allow you to finish and submit. Is there another way to file a report outside of the app?
Horrible app and updates are not working
Nearly every function that this app controls shuts down the second that you open it and has done so for over 6 months. Ironically, it's been 6mos since the last update and somehow the operation within the app has only worsen.
App crashes using certain functions
Cannot view nearby requests without app crashing and closing.
