Says it needs an internet connection even when there is one. Website is the way to go.

This app is so slow and the whole app is just the website in a webview anyway. Extremely disappointed in downloading it.

Working Again

Like others, it had stopped working for me. Decided to try it again in summer 2020 after getting a text notification about my quarterly bill. Redownloaded it; seems to be working again. It shows my recent bills and meter readings.

Inconvenient

The previous Version of utili was working and very convenient to pay and monitor. Ever since, it has been upgraded to this new app, it never opens. It says synchronizing and ends up in an error. I’ve to call in to make payments. Very inconvenient for me because all my payments are on time and scheduled online. Now I can’t schedule them on time. Can you please remove or upgrade this app.

The app keeps synchronizing up to step 2/3 l, it will get to 99% and 100% then error just before step 3 takes place.
