Das ist der schlechteste email Provider den es gibt. Andauernd wird etwas an den Einstellungen geändert.
Jedes Mal muss man das Programm neu einstellen.
Jetzt muss ich die f. App benutzen weil nichts mehr geht.

Expensive and low storage
The limited storage for the free email and even when you are paying membership fees it is really frustrating.
I was paying a club membership for the last 20 years, only using it for family in Germany. Though after 20 years I had a few thousand emails and 5GB of attachments … and that means I am exceeding the storage limit for a free account, which means I have to continue to pay 5€ a month.
The worst is that you get regular spam and sales emails even when you pay the monthly fees.
Really disappointed!

Warum sehe ich in der App nur die Startseite der website und kann meinem Posteingang nicht anklicken? warum muss ich mich jedesmal neu anmelden? In der app? Das ging IMMER so? 👎👎👎 das geht ja so gar nicht! Bitte reparieren

Ich habe keine deutsch sprachige Handy Nummer mehr und die App hat sich ausgeloggt nun will sie eine sms verifizrung da ich aber keine deutsche Nummer mehr hab kann ich die Identität nicht bestätigen. Und finde keine E-Mail Adresse an die ich mich wenden kann für Hilfe.

It forces you to log in twice and on the second log in page it just logs you out. Great job Germany. Just stick to paper like you always do.

Und seit 20 Jahren zufrieden. Spamfilter koennte besser sein, Werbung von web.de selbst ist mit der groesste Anteil - aber der E-mailservice ist zuverlaessig, die Einteilung uebersichtlich und die Mailbox unbegrenzt.

The only real email(read not bloat ware)
This review is so self explanatory, the only better email provider is one you gotta pay annually for. Cloud storage mean nothing to me. This email is secure, clean, and functional (app only, I hate web.de layout now) I just wish it came in English
Ging schon besser
Bis vor einer Woche hätte ich 4-5 Sterne gegeben und gesagt, ist ne solide gute App, mit kleinen Macken hier und da, aber so schon ganz gut. Seit nun ca. einer Woche funktioniert gar nichts mehr richtig. Erst konnte ich die App zwei Tage lang überhaupt nicht mehr benutzen, selbst nach Neuinstallation ging gar nichts und auch jetzt funktioniert sie nicht mehr wie sie soll. Läd die Mails nicht oder sehr langsam.
So an sich hätte es mich vielleicht nicht so doll gestört, aber die Macke bzw. das Aufhängen der App begann, als ich gerade eine extrem wichtige Mail verschicken wollte. Diese wurde nicht rausgeschickt und ist jetzt gelöscht und ich muss sie komplett neu verfassen.
Ich bin mit der jetzigen Funktion nicht wirklich happy, aber nun gut. Ist nicht mehr zu ändern.
