Full of bugs
I don’t know how it got 4.6 stars. It only works on. Y Mac. On iPad, it’s unstable and even freezes my M4 iPad. I tried the Apple TV app, and I missed several minutes of the meeting because nothing was functioning. No sound and a fixed picture. I thought the meeting didn’t start. On Windows, it doesn’t even open and crashes. On Mac, I can’t minimize the app, and there are many more bugs.

Overall not bad
It would be nice is the caller ID was stationary and not scroll so I came see the name of the caller. Also calls don’t go to Apple Watch only messages do.

I’ve been using the HiHi app for a number of years with but since switching to Webex I can’t take any calls can only make out going calls having it on a mobile app is a waste of time for me others may be finding it okay however Webex and 4com don’t seem to work together hope the future brings updates where it will work hand-in-hand

No message notifications
App doesn’t bother letting you know when you have messages. You have to open the app to find out. Annoying and ridiculous given the bloat of the app to have missing standard features.

I am using iPhone7 and Iphone6 till last week I was able to login into WebEx business chat without any issue. From last few days I am seeing app is getting sign out and even tried multiple times it remains the same. It is working find in the latest mobile aversion. Please share the previous version Webex business app for old iPhone version

Very slow and outdated
It’s very slow sometimes & it crashes out and doesn’t work properly
Quiet hours and do not disturb do not work
I’m getting endless calls during my quiet hours. I also set up a DND because of this. Guess what. Still getting every call. This app is 100% garbage.

App does not support WebEx webinars. Prompted to install WebEx Meetings which is not available for Apple Vision Pro.

The Webex phone call doesn’t work when on a vpn
I can answer the call but neither side can hear the other. When the vpn is off, it’ll work.

Hi!, can you please add more features because I got hacked by my so called friend when I was chatting she randomly hacked in my account or stole it and she’s uosong it please on settings add hide account? Please do this it’s a help
