Updated and can finally join webinars—even Apple’s own. Can’t believe Apple hosts all of their public webinars on WebEx and Cisco’s own CIO is a huge influencer for Apple in Enterprise, and it took 2-1/2 years for Cisco WebEx for Vision Pro to support webinar meetings.

Update Mess Today!
I’m afraid that Webex is going to lose all of its accounts with the VA Healthcare System because this latest update is a mess. Somehow Webex wiped out everyone’s emails, it’s asking everyone to download the app when they already have it and it’s asking individual VA patients for the VA’s username and passwords when we never had access to that information at all.

After all these years, the original collaboration application is still the best
VIRTUAL BACKGROUND
Overall, Webex is an excellent app. The video and call quality are great, and I actually prefer it over some other meeting apps. However, there’s one issue that makes virtual backgrounds difficult to use.
When I select a custom image as my virtual background, Webex automatically zooms in and crops the image instead of preserving its original aspect ratio. As a result, important parts of the image such as text or logos get cut off, and there is no option to adjust the zoom, reposition the image, or fit it to the screen.
It would be a huge improvement if Webex added a “Fit to Screen” or “Keep Original Aspect Ratio” option, along with the ability to reposition or scale custom background images. This would make virtual backgrounds much more flexible and useful.
Aside from this issue, the app is fantastic. I hope this feature can be added in a future update. Thx

Full of bugs
I don’t know how it got 4.6 stars. It only works on. Y Mac. On iPad, it’s unstable and even freezes my M4 iPad. I tried the Apple TV app, and I missed several minutes of the meeting because nothing was functioning. No sound and a fixed picture. I thought the meeting didn’t start. On Windows, it doesn’t even open and crashes. On Mac, I can’t minimize the app, and there are many more bugs.

Overall not bad
It would be nice is the caller ID was stationary and not scroll so I came see the name of the caller. Also calls don’t go to Apple Watch only messages do.
