The app doesn’t let you change your password and when I tried to click “forgot password” it’s keeps saying “ error contact support”and that it can’t send me a link to reset it. BUT then there’s no option to contact support. I’ve never seen any website or app that didn’t have a support option ESPECIALLY when it involves customer bank information. And the app doesn’t give the option to unlink your bank account, only to add a second one . 😒

Will shut down your account for bugs the app has . When you pay for something it won’t go through automatically and it’ll say you never paid and close the account . The customer service is non existent and never reply back . If I could give negative stars I would this is such a bad app

I’ve contacted support many times and have not heard back since. I’m having trouble with my account and tried making a new one with a new email but it says I can’t be verified. No response from support at all.

My points reset
After each purchase I've made my reward points reset back to 1, and I don't understand why this keeps happening. I've been trying to reach out about this issue via the chat support feature on the website for over a week, but I have yet to receive any response or assistance.

It has a referral program option but it does not actually support referring. Also maybe think of adding credit card access 🤷🏻♀️
First experience
it doesn’t work half the time or more. More than enough of the required funds in my account and it’s still declined. hard to open with plenty of phone signal. the bud tenders at the dispensary i went to also had numerous complaints and gripes about the app. this was my first using it and i must say id much rather pay in cash. thre is nowhere to redeem ya points with the receipt if you pay in cash due to the app not working properly. terrible app for sure.

Be wary of fees
I was charged a WedgePay fee of 3.86% today at my dispensary. I know that it is the dispensary’s choice to chargeback WedgePay fees, but this will not encourage people to move away from cash-based payments.
