Login/Create account doesn’t work
You can’t create an account, you can still use the fasting timer and get information but it’s limited. The support group is through Facebook, it would be better to have it in app. The app seems like it hasn’t been updated or upkeep.
!! Avoid - Broken app and offers
The offers are broken. I started using the app and was greeted with an annual offer of £20 but was charged the full £80. This app is completely busted at this point. Sign in functionality is broken - you try to sign in via Apple and it just spins. The same for the motivations that used to appear on the first page.
Lost all my data, they’ve robbed me of my money, and there’s no way to contact them as support messages just get wiped.

I love this app but it won’t let me sign in and now I feel I lost my progress
Slow loading
Go with the Fasty app instead! It’s much more clean and streamlined. And it doesn’t push purchasing the premium!!

I liked the app at first in 2023-4 but recently it's not as good it takes waaay too long that's my main complaint also I miss the community tab within the app now we have to go on facebook that's not my main concern tho my main issue is the slowness it takes at least 2-3 minutes before it actually works

loading time too long
my app has an extremely long start up time. when i first open it, it is stuck on the screen with the logo for at least 3 min. i love this app and i have been using it for 2 years. it is so frustrating bc ive fallen off some of my fasts because of this issue.
Won’t load for 2 weeks
Idk what’s going on maybe it’s not working since I’ve updated my iPhone but the app is literally not loading for me for 2 weeks now and it’s frustrating. Will change review once it’s fixed.

Very good app overall & love the features - it’s the perfect app for fasting. My only qualm is any time I try to sign on to save my progress - it stays stuck on the sign on screen & wont let me log in. Otherwise - the perfect app!
Nice app but the loading time is a bit wild
It does the basic timer but it takes about 3 minutes to load whenever i tap on it. I have ti wait in front of the phone to just click the end fast button
Log in issues
Love this app for tracking my fasting, water intake ext however when I redownloaded the app to start using it again after about a year it won’t let me log into my account… no trouble shooting is working. I will still use the app however it would be really nice to have access to my existing account. If this issue gets fixed my review would be 5+ stars

Won’t let me login to my account
I paid for the premium and now it only gives me one option to login with and doesn’t actually let you login. Tried multiple times and it still won’t work, a friend is having the exact same issue. So now I paid for an app I can’t even use.

Horrible. They keep having bugs and they lose your data even if you have an account.

The timer itself is good but it won’t let me create an account and my request to join the community Facebook request has been pending for two weeks. Motivation is gone. Requested and received a refund. Wouldn’t recommend.
super slow to open
i have been trying to register for a while now and it is not letting me. no one even answers in their chat. the app take forever to open and I have tried to delete and download it again
