Subs
I went into get subs for my family, waited along time in line and then when I started to order I saw the brownish/ whitish colored lettuce that looked like it was sitting around for months. I asked the sub maker to get fresh lettuce, which he did and when he pulled it out, it didn’t look any better. The women in front of me told me that her son works at women’s and told her that the cold cuts are no longer freshly cut, but are prepackaged from Hormel. I decided that the brown lettuce was just too gross and I left the line. I will not order subs or sub trays from Wegmans anymore.

curbside sucks
you can place orders for curbside, but can’t check in for your curbside order using the app even though those are the only instructions given to you. nobody answers the phone, so even though you place a curbside order you have to go inside. JUST SAY YOU DON’T OFFER CURBSIDE

This is such a wonderful option. It’s great to order food on the go. To be able to order at a store at an out of town Wegmans to be ready for us to pick up later…❤️!
Ordering ahead of time
Trying to make an order for something in advance is annoying. After a certain time you cant out it an order I wanted to order a cake for the 5th its the 2nd and it wont let me submitt an order because according to the app “its too late to get today” thats kind of stupid Clearly if I wanted it “Today” i wouldnt be orderingn so late

Great Value Proposition
The meat lovers pizza and subs are great and quite a bargain. Tried the chicken bites and the are breast meat and delicious. Two thumbs up!
High fees and slow service!
I ordered 2 subs just down the street from my local Wegmans. I have always been happy with the food there. An hour and a half into this I still don’t have a delivery time. $14 between delivery fee and tip. The in store service is great. They really need to improve the delivery aspect!
