Get rid of the AI
Why are you actively making the shopping experience worse by making me tab away from your AI suggested items (that are unhelpful) to get to the regular my items. Everything is degrading, leave the Wegmans app alone
One Wish
Love this app and how much time it saves me in store, easily finding the items I need, aisle by aisle and even recognizing if I’m shopping at a different location. I can easily estimate my grocery bill, and make adjustments as needed or allow more flexibility while in store. My one wish? Integrate the app with Alexa and/or Siri so “add ___ to Wegmans grocery list” can be facilitated hands-free (like during meal prep). Adding as custom items would be fine for now! Thanks for a great shopping tool!

Good, but needs improvement
Overall the app is functional and gets the job done, but it needs a few key improvements, mainly with shopping lists:
* Fix the delay when removing items so the rest of the list fills in/moves up immediately. ** UPDATE 9/7/26: This seems slightly better.
* Add the ability to move unavailable (grayed-out) items from the Get It list to the Got It list. This is very frustrating; they can only be deleted, not moved. ** UPDATE 9/7/26: I just spent 15 minutes “cleaning up” the Unavailable items on my list. When I went back to both Get It and Got It, everything I set replacements for was gone. My list count was down by 60 items. Very frustrating to waste all that time.
* Add price totals that apply just to the Get It and Got It lists. Currently the only price shown is for both. I want to know how much I’ll be spending just for the Get It stuff.
* Often the item pictures don’t load on both lists; I need to back out to the home page and go back in to get them to appear.
* When a note is added to an item, make it much more visible when the item is displayed in the list. A yellow highlight would be good so the user doesn’t miss it. Often these are important—like notes for a recipe.
On the Digital Coupon screen, when viewing an individual coupon, thank you for changing the behavior of both the back arrow and the X button to return to the Coupon list! I would constantly hit X and go back to the Home Screen; was very frustrating.

App performs poorly when no Internet connection
When you’re in a Wegmans and the Internet isn’t working the app has multiple issues. If I load my list from home and don’t close the app I’m fine but if the app is cold started it just hangs on the Wegmans splash screen. When this happens you will never get past the splash screen let alone to the shopping list. If the list is loaded at home the list images may fail to fully load and you might be surprised to hear I shop via images a lot. I wish you would provide offline list support. The Internet at this Wegmans via the cell carrier almost never functions. It’s worse when this Wegmans is packed with people. A small database like GRDB with cached images would solve this. Queue changes till a stable Internet is back. This is easy to do in Swift. A functioning shopping list is critical for me. I always preload the list before I leave but if the app gets in the way it’s useless. I don’t do guest Internet if Wegmans even offers this.

Never works
This app never works when I am out and about. It only works when I am at home connected to WiFi. It’s useless like that :( and I have missed out on so many savings through the years
Needs “Clip All” Coupon Button
I use this app almost daily and love it but they took away the “Clip All Coupons” button from a previous app version and I wish they would bring it back!
Sign in
It asks me to sign in every single time I open the app. It asks me to sign in every time I try to open anything in the app. I have deleted the app and redownloaded as suggested by the developers and it didn’t work. I reset my password and tried again. Nothing works. Trash app that doesn’t work.
“AI Assistant”
decided to uninstall after the “ai assistant” was added
Stop updating your app every week and signing me out
So annoying, please knock it off. Also ditch the AI, whoever told you we wanted that junk just wanted to make money off of you. (Wegmans the store is great; this app is wretched.)
Awesome App!
I’d give it six stars if I could! Love adding things to the list any time, shopping off the list and not forgetting a paper list at home or in the car. Plus super helpful finding items that are difficult to locate.
App constantly refreshing
App is constantly refreshing without me doing anything and goes back to the top. This makes it very difficult to create a list.
No way to turn off notification ads
You need notifications on your get shopping updates. Then they send you unrelated marketing push notifications about sales on melons. There needs to be a way to disable those - and they should be off by default.
Love Wegmans but this forced app update needs revision
Love the store but sometimes I need to look up the location of an item. The app would be great for that, except every single update means I’m required to update the app to keep using it.
I have barely enough cell signal in my Wegmans to allow me to open the app and use it, slowly. Downloading the app is not possible.
You guys are not a bank, or brokerage, or any other high security app. Every point update does not need us to download the new version. Please cut it out to improve the shopping experience.

List sharing crashes
If grocery list sharing worked it would be great. It crashes and fails to load a shared list almost every time I try to use the feature.
Cart Refresh Issue
The shopping cart constantly refreshes and brings me to the top whenever I’m removing items from either tab or after a scroll. Happened after the latest update and is really frustrating.
It used to work
This used to be a wonderful app, and singlehandedly kept me from shopping anywhere else. I loved how i could easily follow my list from aisle to aisle. Now, with the addition of AI, it takes so long to load that I can’t use it. When I try to check off items, the interface glitches out and checks off the wrong item. And I can no longer keep the list loaded. Every time I click away from the app, or my screen goes dark, it resets to the stupid popups advertising useless features that nobody wants. I can’t use this for its ONLY use anymore. I started shopping at whatever store has the lowest prices because the app no longer sets wegmans apart.

Can’t order pickup after latest update
The app won’t even give me an option for grocery pickup.
Allow items to be removed from My Items!
I hate having all these old or one-time purchases clog up My Items on the app. Build into the app already the ability to edit/remove items from My Items!
