App constantly refreshing
App is constantly refreshing without me doing anything and goes back to the top. This makes it very difficult to create a list.
No way to turn off notification ads
You need notifications on your get shopping updates. Then they send you unrelated marketing push notifications about sales on melons. There needs to be a way to disable those - and they should be off by default.
Love Wegmans but this forced app update needs revision
Love the store but sometimes I need to look up the location of an item. The app would be great for that, except every single update means I’m required to update the app to keep using it.
I have barely enough cell signal in my Wegmans to allow me to open the app and use it, slowly. Downloading the app is not possible.
You guys are not a bank, or brokerage, or any other high security app. Every point update does not need us to download the new version. Please cut it out to improve the shopping experience.

List sharing crashes
If grocery list sharing worked it would be great. It crashes and fails to load a shared list almost every time I try to use the feature.
Cart Refresh Issue
The shopping cart constantly refreshes and brings me to the top whenever I’m removing items from either tab or after a scroll. Happened after the latest update and is really frustrating.
It used to work
This used to be a wonderful app, and singlehandedly kept me from shopping anywhere else. I loved how i could easily follow my list from aisle to aisle. Now, with the addition of AI, it takes so long to load that I can’t use it. When I try to check off items, the interface glitches out and checks off the wrong item. And I can no longer keep the list loaded. Every time I click away from the app, or my screen goes dark, it resets to the stupid popups advertising useless features that nobody wants. I can’t use this for its ONLY use anymore. I started shopping at whatever store has the lowest prices because the app no longer sets wegmans apart.

Can’t order pickup after latest update
The app won’t even give me an option for grocery pickup.
Allow items to be removed from My Items!
I hate having all these old or one-time purchases clog up My Items on the app. Build into the app already the ability to edit/remove items from My Items!

I had some issues with the search function of the app as well as swiping to check items off my list. These functions are much smoother today, a whole lot better user experience
Great for gluten free
A friend pointed out the amazing gluten free aisle at Wegmans. But this app helps me locate the many other gluten free items in the rest of the store down to specific aisle locations. I plan my trip in advance. And it’s increased the amount I shop at Wegmans. Thank you so much!
Refused to use Snap payment
The app absolutely refused to use Snap for payment. I only had food items on it nothing else. After removing my credit card it would only take Apple Pay. Deleted the app and just going to buy from Tops because it looks like my business is not wanted.
Useless push of AI
I have used this app for years and it was always great. Since introducing AI features (in what world is this necessary?), it’s been completely useless. I search for products I *know* Wegmans carries and they don’t come up, regardless of how I search for them (e.g., general name, specific item name, departments tab), only to later find them in store. Stop pushing AI on customers. It’s unethical, it *negatively* impacts the user experience, and the overwhelming majority of people don’t want this.

What is the point of this application? I have had it for years and haven’t had any deals. Delays either doesn’t exist or not being communicated properly.

Thank you so much for bringing back the active shopping feature where the customer can see in real time what’s being shopped, what’s been shopped, and replacements/refunds. Please don’t ever take this feature away again!
Always issues
There is always something wrong with this app. It freezes, deletes list, doesn’t filter well and more. I can log-in because my password “expire” but I’m not promoted to create a new password. I can’t switch from in store to delivery because the address already exists. The address is disabled so I can’t edit or delete it. There has to be a better way to handle bulk actions like “apply notes to all” or “don’t replace for X items”. It would also be great if there was a setting to “always confirm replacement”. And a way to adjust replacement counts or my clarity around what’s being used - is the replacement a single count even though the original said two or is the replacement up to $10 if that was the previous total, and/or show the +/- difference? The replacement approval sometimes approves all items needing approval instead of the single I selected. When something is refunded, remove the review item/dismiss alert if a user is unable to take action. Additionally, the approval flow via text message doesn’t seem to work after typing “Y” or “A” - maybe it’s working but there isn’t a clear validation?

Useless for an older phone
I have done 10+ pickup orders but the app is useless because l have an older phone. It requires iOS 16.0 which l dont have. Everytime l try to use the app it locks and says a newer version is available download now. Obviously when l click download it takes me to the app store but l cant download the update because l dont have iOS 16.0 or later. Why cant you give the option of skipping the download latest upgrade? That way you are not alienating those of us that shop Wegmans regularly and want to utilize the app. Seem like a very reasonable request. Can you help???
