Why won’t it let me add new recipients to my account and let me transfer funds to another bank. Could you fix this issue. Other than that the app let me log in and use it.
It won’t let u enroll your new card
dude i’ve tried it over and over again and still nothing i even deleted the app and reinstalled it. “sorry we can’t do that right now, try again later” i’ve tried it since this morning still nothing
Update age to enroll
Why do you have to be 18 and over to enroll? There’s teenagers who are under 18 that have this card and want to know their balance and transactions, etc.
Keeps saying “incorrect security information” every time I try to “enroll” or “sign up” ?
Card is activated, everything it tells me to do is incorrect. Can’t log in. I entered everything correctly and my DOB. Nothing. Pls fix this. Why isn’t anyone listening on this app?
