Totally worthless app. You cannot talk to a coach when in zoom you have to text. Getting anyone to help you is impossible. I totally love my WW app. Virtual GLP1 workshops with responsive coaches. Forget this one.

no way to track progress
i signed up, got the card, completed 1st month. called in the refill exactly on the 3rd week and pharmacy said i couldn’t refill for 2 more weeks. also my saving card no longer showed in the app and there is no way to track progress

No show no coach
Was really excited to start this product. Still am. Downloaded the app got everything set up. Waiting for it to be delivered. Set up my first coaching session so I would know everything I needed to know to get started. Was supposed to start at 7:30. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting in the zoom room for a coach. That’s not there. Very disappointed.

Beware
A month of trying to sign up and still unable to. Customer service is a joke. Not sure it’s legit, seems like a scam to get your personal info, sine it kicks you out AFTER you enter all your info but before it completes the Sign Up.
