Unable to login
I have tried multiple times to login to my account. I get as far as a page that has create an account or login that shows privacy policy and terms of condition. Then it kicks me out. But if I try and login on my computer I can get in. What good is this app if I can’t access my account

I was naïf able to get past the log on after getting g to a home page 3 times? The only options were the privacy practices and terms and conditions? Once I clicked on them it kicked me out of the app??!

I went to the online site and was able to get the password set up and account opened.

UPDATE 5/1/2024
I contacted the developer and received an email telling me to contact the developer if I was still having trouble with the app. So! I wrote back AGAIN, to the developer again, providing my email address, name, phone number and the issue with the app. Haven’t heard from them again. This app STINKS. It does NOT FUNCTION. Medico was NEVER like this and assistance from them was always immediate. I will be seriously considering cancelling my subscription for insurance from this company if I cannot use the app to conduct business.

It appears that your app wants to open in Safari. I do not use Safari. When I copy and paste the address that the app uses into Google Chrome, I get access. I’m not about to jump through hoops every time I need to get a question answered. You sent me a letter stating that my last payment was “unhonored”. But, the one time I was able to actually get into the site, my payment for April is indicated as paid under the payments tab! Get your stuff together. This never happened with Medico.

This app is absolutely horrible. Why can’t you get an app or website that works?!! Currently can’t even long in, it shouldn’t be this difficult!

You just updated your app 2 hours ago and now I can not access it. Why? I thought you were making it better? Guess not.

Do you not beta test your app? Give it a try before you release it. See if it even works. It makes me wonder if your insurance can be any good.
