Best Credit Union Ever
This is by far the best credit union ever. I’ve bank with several other banking institutions and other credit unions but this is the best. Friendly customer service and they make you feel like family. You should stop by and join Wellby trust me you won’t regret it.

Started out as JSC credit union it is our family bank and it is not only a credit union and bank. It is a company that strives to improve your financial situation. and also happy just being a bank they can help you with anything from CDs. to checking and savings and even annuities have been an asset in our family give them a try. You will be happy that you made the decision.

My favorite bank app, Easy to see why.
The fact that is naturally dark is amazing. Every other bank app is blinding. Not only does it make it easier to navigate, but the tiny font that helps you figure out your own problems and navigate the app is actually visible. Instead of red letters your brain wants to ignore, it’s not only kind to my eyes but has helped me organize my pockets as well. Thank you.

I’ve had a great experience with Wellby. Their app is incredibly easy to use and makes managing my accounts quick and convenient. Whether I’m checking my balance, transferring money, or paying bills, everything is simple and works smoothly. It really makes banking a lot easier.
On top of that, every time I’ve visited a branch, the staff has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make sure you have everything you need. It’s refreshing to find a bank that combines great technology with excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Wellby to anyone looking for an easy, hassle-free banking experience.

I’ve been trying to pay my truck note since May 30th. I was forced to do the latest update. Since then, the app has been stuck on ;“completing app undated”..This is the 2nd time this happened. I shouldn’t have to go through all this to pay my vehicle note.
Terrible!

My wife has been a customer for a while. I just joined and I am very impressed with the ease of use and the quickness of transactions.
Update bugged
The forced update ended up with just a purple screen that goes no where. Cannot access accounts or anything
Requires IOS 18.4 to Update
I love the Wellby app, but have zero desire to upgrade my IOS to 18+. It’s sad that I cannot update or use the app without this version.
Online version sucks
This new version is horrible. I can’t see my balances and I can’t download it on my
phone. I’m actually stuck without anyway of getting money right now!!

The bank is the best because of the people who work there. The services are top notch. Previously I was a customer of Hometown Bank since its beginning. I left because it stopped felling like a family. The Alvin Welby branch feels like family . Thank you
