I’ve been trying to pay my truck note since May 30th. I was forced to do the latest update. Since then, the app has been stuck on ;“completing app undated”..This is the 2nd time this happened. I shouldn’t have to go through all this to pay my vehicle note.

The forced update ended up with just a purple screen that goes no where. Cannot access accounts or anything
Requires IOS 18.4 to Update
I love the Wellby app, but have zero desire to upgrade my IOS to 18+. It’s sad that I cannot update or use the app without this version.
Online version sucks

The bank is the best because of the people who work there. The services are top notch. Previously I was a customer of Hometown Bank since its beginning. I left because it stopped felling like a family. The Alvin Welby branch feels like family . Thank you

I have had an account with this institution for my entire life. My father opened this account when he was building the space shuttles. I have worked for the CU while I was in the US Army Reserves and afterwards. I feel this CU is a part of me.

Bug in member to member transfer
Paste a value into the amount does not trigger the ungraying of next button. Had to delete and re-add the the last character for it to allow me to press Next button.
