Bad
Terrible care. “Health care manager” Ashley G hardly responded to me. And when she did, she didn’t even read what I said previously. I felt like I was talking to an automated system. Horrible app. I’d never recommend
App crashing
Took my info in making an account and never let me sign in after, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Bug
I’ve enjoyed the app thus far, and it’s helped me stay on top of my goals. My only issue is a recent bug…
When I try to view my progress, a white screen pops up. It’s just white. Not an error screen, just white.
I like to see where I am at with my progress. I hope my progress is being recorded on the other end. I look forward to the incentives that are offered towards my insurance premium.
Also, I tried updating, it’s up to date. I then deleted the app and downloaded again. The bug is still there.

Wellframe/Ambetter experience
My life has changed drastically since I've had a team all the way from social workers to nurses to doctors to all the staff to the Wellframe staff i'm better agents and staff since I decided to change my life. This program gives me hope. it's very informative and it has so many perks. I don't understand why anybody would not take the opportunity to better themselves and have a great team I am always forever. Thankful for everything.

This app is a very nice add on , and has many features that are not available on my iPhone. Very easy to navigate and I can keep in contact with my insurance provider with ease . The portal on the app allows me to send messages and ask any questions I have . The health benefits are very useful and I can say I love this app. Thank You Wellframe.

I really like how this app is wonderful in reminding me to take that medication and step count. Also for the contact with professionals.
For health reasons it would be very nice if they could add swimming and bicycling to count with steps/ exercising.

Honest Opinion
This app requires way too much time and commitment for a pregnant mama who is on a very busy schedule. I do not like being forced to be on this app in order to have my insurance provider.
