Great tool for staying in control of your health - don’t miss out!
Joining Wellframe and having an associated case manager has been a huge benefit! I have several chronic conditions for which I take over 10 meds, and have a team of providers - managing all of this can become quite difficult, and begin to feel like a full-time job.
Wellframe has helped me with organization, staying on top new treatments and appointments, and to learn about and use other benefits available through my insurance (such as durable medical equipment, like compression garments; these have helped me tremendously with pain management).
My case manager has been essential in helping me escalate my biggest concerns and challenges, which resulted in quicker, authorizations so I could go to much needed treatments that reduce my symptoms. She also helped me locate in-network providers and found a coupon which completely covered the cost of a very pricey medication ($2k)! I haven’t been able to work since getting sick and just wouldn’t have been able to afford this medication without the coupon.
When you are ill it can seem overwhelming to add a new tool or task, but the benefits (financial, medical, and peace of mind) of the Wellframe program are well worth the time put in. I’m very happy to share my experiences and really hope that more patients like me are able to participate in this program.

Terrible care. “Health care manager” Ashley G hardly responded to me. And when she did, she didn’t even read what I said previously. I felt like I was talking to an automated system. Horrible app. I’d never recommend
App crashing
Took my info in making an account and never let me sign in after, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Bug
I’ve enjoyed the app thus far, and it’s helped me stay on top of my goals. My only issue is a recent bug…
When I try to view my progress, a white screen pops up. It’s just white. Not an error screen, just white.
I like to see where I am at with my progress. I hope my progress is being recorded on the other end. I look forward to the incentives that are offered towards my insurance premium.
Also, I tried updating, it’s up to date. I then deleted the app and downloaded again. The bug is still there.

Wellframe/Ambetter experience
My life has changed drastically since I've had a team all the way from social workers to nurses to doctors to all the staff to the Wellframe staff i'm better agents and staff since I decided to change my life. This program gives me hope. it's very informative and it has so many perks. I don't understand why anybody would not take the opportunity to better themselves and have a great team I am always forever. Thankful for everything.

This app is a very nice add on , and has many features that are not available on my iPhone. Very easy to navigate and I can keep in contact with my insurance provider with ease . The portal on the app allows me to send messages and ask any questions I have . The health benefits are very useful and I can say I love this app. Thank You Wellframe.
