I’m so excited to see the new WRAP app has launched!! I love the new colors and options and ability to email your WRAP to yourself or others. I love WRAP so much, and taking the seminar one absolutely changed my life. Thanks for updating this app so I can carry my plan with me!

Unable to launch app
Brilliant idea but I can’t open the app with my login. Please fix. I need this asap

I have used the app for at least a year and it was useful. Now can’t register, can’t log in. Nothing. A retrograde step

Allows for email of each part of the WRAP. Now I have my WRAP wherever I go!
Confusing
Email does not work and the questions have no guidance to help if one is distraught.
Doesn’t and up emailing it to you
The wrap is cool, it’s nice to have an electronic version for your phone but no matter how many times I’ve tried to email the completed copy to myself it didn’t work.

Nice concept needs updating though
The email function doesn’t work. There is no save feature and things disappear and have to be re inputted. The app could use a bit of work and updating. The WRAP bookstore link leads to nowhere but a contact page. The site it leads to by the way needs updating of its links too. This is a great concept that I could see as super helpful and useful but the site itself needs work and the app’s email feature needs to be fixed. Also a suggestion is to have a web based WRAP like create an account so you can edit your WRAP on mobile or web. I am super bummed about not being able to email a WRAP pdf I think that’s important to have and would allow for not only sharing with loved ones and therapist but to have a printed copy for reference. I can see that I am not the only one asking for the email to be fixed. Please fix this ASAP

Virtually useless
I have spent a lot of time creating my WRAP only to find that the email function doesn’t work. The app has so much potential but if you can’t get the WRAP out of the app it is useless.

It’s not bad and works well but the fact I can’t email it when it is on most pages as an option is disappointing.
Critical Email To Professionals is not working
The primary feature to email to providers is Not working. I see someone gave a 1 Star review in Jan complaining about lack of ability to email and nobody has updated this feature. Please address this ASAP!
Emailing plan feature does not work
This app was; I thought- in theory - a good one. However, there are glitches. When attempting to save information & move to the next section; the words you’ve entered somehow disappear & you’re forced to repeat the same actions previously entered. The worst thing is you cannot email the plan to your caregivers. That feature is crucial & need be fixed ASAP.
