Piece of garbage

At least once nearly every day, this piece of garbage gives me an “unrecoverable error” and says it has to restart. It also takes way longer than it should to load, you can feel yourself growing older waiting! So much for bug fixes a month ago. Gee, it’d sure be nice to not have to use a piece of garbage to clock in and out each day!

FIX THIS FREAKING APP ALREADY!!!!!!! IT’S BEYOND CRAZY TO HAVE TO RELY ON SOMETHING THAT TAKES SO LONG TO LOAD EACH CLOCK IN AND CLOCK OUT!!!!!!!

Once again, this app is proving to be a piece of trash. No joke, it took me five minutes to clock out on Saturday morning. Day after day, the continual problem of authentication and almost daily error messages where I am told the app has to restart has become something that irritates me, but that I have no control over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the trick of saying I forgot my password to reset, powered my phone off and back on again and nothing fixes it.
TO THE DEVELOPERS - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! FIX THIS APP, FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!!

Two freaking minutes of loading outside to get logged in?????? This is ridiculous.
This app is loaded with bugs. Taking forever to load shifts, error messages and lots of lag time to mark tasks. I wish to God the powers that be would stop screwing around and fix this already!!!! This is connected to payroll that we are talking about here!!!!

Face id issues
Face id has not worked for past 6 months over multiple ios beta updates. Even trying to turn it off and back on in app settings and phone settings. Only can fix it temporarily by deleting and reinstalling app but its only fixes it briefly
Not helpful
App is meh at best when it does work and then it glitches and messes up everything also clients have such a hard time to sign the signature page it’s horrible forced to use it but don’t like it and wouldn’t recommend at all!!!
Finger or face recognition
It would be easier if I had this option instead of typing your password each and every time. Other than that, it’s a fairly decent app.
Face ID
Can’t login app requires Face ID & when I turn off Face ID a prompt comes up that says Face ID and I still can’t login
Not reliable
Constant bugs. Sometimes I can’t log in at all. Sometimes I can’t clock out. Most of the time it’s not a pleasant experience while working with this app. I wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have to.

crashes at the worst of times
Working a long day in healthcare? expect it to get longer. At least once every other week it will not work. You’re gonna be working all day and it hits clock out time, what’s this? My app won’t load? Call work to try to clock out, “you need to come into the office and sign a paper” after a long day and i’m already disgusting from said shift of cleaning human waste and wading hand and foot after someone, I now have to go to a THIRD location because they wanted to rely on this app that takes 15 mins to load on a normal day when it does work.

Terrible location tracking but otherwise good

Horrible app
I have written a review before and I don’t know what happened to my review but this app is horrible. It constantly has issues, cannot accurately track your location. It takes so long to even open up. If you’re thinking of using this app to track clients and a means to clock in and out, you should rethink it. The most stressful part of my day is having to open this app up and try to even clock in. There are error screens constantly popping up anytime you even type a comment.

Not loading correctly
No matter how good the WiFi connection won’t load anything for my shifts anymore. Extremely slow logging in as well .
Almost works
The most important part for me is clocking in and out. This action works but I can just never clock in or out. I have to open and close the app many times and try to select the clock out button only for it to say that it can’t verify location around 15 times. Then finally it works after getting me frustrated and ready to give up, every time.

Finicky
I really wish this app would be updated and dealt with. I’m tired of calling my job to ask them to clock me in because the app isn’t working. I can turn my phone off and restart it… and come back to the app still not working. This is for our jobs! Please fix it!
Barely functioning app
This app is so bad that it barely carries out its primary functions. Clocking in on time? Forget it. It'll tell you that you're too far away even though you're standing on the client's porch. Writing a lengthy note? Better hope it doesn't experience an "unexpected error" and delete the whole thing after you press submit. Trying to clock out? Sometimes it can't even log you in. I never leave reviews, but this app makes me so mad that I had to. I wish I didn't have to use it. Garbage.

Great app
It shows everything yu need to see and works perfectly fine . Good app overall
Ugh
Honestly this is one of the worst apps I have had to use for a job. I have had to uninstall and reinstall so many times just to be able to log into it. It doesn’t let me clock in or out most of the time with certain locations and it’s so slow/buggy awful. Super frustrating.
App glitch
At least once a week, I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it to get it to work. It glitches out frequently, which affects my ability to clock in on time. It is absolutely a hassle on the days that it does not want to work properly.
