Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t let you clock in or out the Face ID login doesn’t work 90% of this app is just broken. If I could give it -10, stars, I would.
Used to work well
Lately when using it, it has no location available. It also gives me a critical error message. I uninstalled and reinstalled it with no success.

I appreciate having an app for work where everything is available that I need to know. My fingerprint login is an endless loop always leading me back to needing my password. Sometimes I can’t clock in or clock out.

Schedule
Please make it to where you can look at passed scheduled shifts. Every week the calendar start over and you can only see that week so if you worked Saturday night you can’t even clock out on the app Sunday morning bc last weeks schedule is gone.

Unreliable app
Will “drop” and cannot complete assignments and/or clock in/out of shift. Need to find location with better WiFi connections!!

This app is awful ! I have had issues ever since I downloaded it! Some clients I can clock in no problem others will not go through even if I’m on their WiFi or 5g ! This app needs the bugs fixed due to so many glitches ! Many caregivers are wanting to go back to paper form!

At least once nearly every day, this piece of garbage gives me an “unrecoverable error” and says it has to restart. It also takes way longer than it should to load, you can feel yourself growing older waiting! So much for bug fixes a month ago. Gee, it’d sure be nice to not have to use a piece of garbage to clock in and out each day!

FIX THIS FREAKING APP ALREADY!!!!!!! IT’S BEYOND CRAZY TO HAVE TO RELY ON SOMETHING THAT TAKES SO LONG TO LOAD EACH CLOCK IN AND CLOCK OUT!!!!!!!

Once again, this app is proving to be a piece of trash. No joke, it took me five minutes to clock out on Saturday morning. Day after day, the continual problem of authentication and almost daily error messages where I am told the app has to restart has become something that irritates me, but that I have no control over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the trick of saying I forgot my password to reset, powered my phone off and back on again and nothing fixes it.
TO THE DEVELOPERS - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! FIX THIS APP, FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!!

Two freaking minutes of loading outside to get logged in?????? This is ridiculous.
This app is loaded with bugs. Taking forever to load shifts, error messages and lots of lag time to mark tasks. I wish to God the powers that be would stop screwing around and fix this already!!!! This is connected to payroll that we are talking about here!!!!

Great App
Great app, super easy to use.
Feedback
I think it’s a great tool. It has good features but there is room for improvement. For example not all tasks apply to all shifts but I still have to say complete or app won’t accept it. Maybe a Not Apply option could be addded. Maybe lil more streamline. Avoid redundancy.
Also it would be nice to be able to see assignments history.
Something nice I would love to have is the ability to announce my availability thru the app. Without having to call in.

Not helpful
App is meh at best when it does work and then it glitches and messes up everything also clients have such a hard time to sign the signature page it’s horrible forced to use it but don’t like it and wouldn’t recommend at all!!!
Never functions
Whenever I need this app the most it stalls out/won’t load (including care plans and clocking in/out)
Lots of Bugs
I hate this app. It always has issues loading open shifts or clocking in/out. I have to delete the app and redownload it often to see open shifts or clock in/out.
Do not like update
I woke up this morning to a different app. I do not like the way the app has been updated and that comments are now notes. I am a 24/7 live in Caregiver and I usually have over 1000 characters in my daily notes. Now I only have 256 count characters which totally messes up my daily routine. I now totally dislike this app.

1. When working overnight it goes to the next day and then it’s hard to go back.
2. It should go back and show past shifts
3. The gps tool should be better calibrated.
4. No spell check in app
