The app won’t go past the login screen, explanations of benefits won’t load on the mobile app. The amount of bugs in this app is almost embarrassing.

Good afternoon, we have released a new version of the app with the ability to access your explanation of benefits, view dependent ID cards, and include attachments with messages. Can you download the most current version of the app to see if you are still experiencing issues?
