One of the Worst
Truly one of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use when concerning insurance, prescriptions, etc. The loading times are insane, more than half of the time the app needs to be completely restarted just to check an update for a prescription, and despite containing lots of sensitive information, it barely gives any information on prescriptions processing, being reviewed, etc. I literally have to schedule time in my day to use this app because it’s never just a quick check like it should be.

Terrible app. Freezes constantly. Website is just as bad. Horrible service— I literally never got the medication prescribed by my provider and no communication from the company either. Trash. Trash. Trash.

WELLDYNE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR INCOMPETENCE
WellDyne has had the prescription coverage for myself and nearly 600 people in 2 groups messed up in every conceivable way for the past 13 days, and most likely for weeks to come. Their database got wrecked on 4/1/2026, and there has been no sense of urgency in correcting the problem. Every time a new issue becomes apparent we are forced to waste hours on the phone tracking down the source, then convincing WellDyne that there actually is an issue and that it's on their side of things. Their party line, without ever really listening or looking into the matter, is to state that they are not an insurance company and that we need to contact our insurance or employer. I've had to call WellDyne repeatedly as new issues arise, and to check on the status of previously reported issues. I can say that the agents are always friendly, but most of the time they want to give you the first answer that pops into their head, without taking the time to make sure it's correct or even logical. At which point they are quick to give you the brush-off. They have given me some of the most inept responses imaginable. When you are fortunate enough to get an agent who is willing to spend the time listening and trying to help, it usually turns out to be someone who lacks the intelligence to be of any help. It just turns into an waste of hours on the phone. Welldyne has actually given me 5 different RxGroup numbers today, none of which are correct. Their system supposedly doesn't have my actual RxGroup number stored anywhere on their database, even though I have a screenshot taken directly from their website showing the number that matches my benefits card. Their system also has 2 different member ID's for me, depending on where they look. They wiped out my spend accumulators, messed up my pre-auths, forcing them all to be resubmitted, and charged me for medications that were supposed to have zero co-pay. If I had a choice I would drop WellDyne like a hazardous waste barrel.

App is terrible
I’ve never experienced such a poorly designed and operating app. The Home Screen doesn’t load, it has limited functionality and the info takes forever to load. This is just very unprofessional for a company of this size.
Worthless
Never works. Can’t look up prescriptions or anything.. makes me so mad my company switched from express scripts. Also the customer service people don’t know anything. Have to keep calling until you get someone who does.

Beside that app, keep crashing, sometimes I can not see my medication that I need to refill. Beside those, my name keep showing incorrectly on my account. I have emailed and called so many times. No results. Welldyne is more like “oh well🤷dyne”

A perfect example of the malfunction of our health system. Neither the app nor the web version are even close to functional. They are simply waiting for you to get frustrated or run out of time and go away.

Nothing works.
Got a notification for a prior approval? The approval screen won’t load. Need a quote on a medication? That won’t load. Nothing loads and provides zero information. Useless entirely.
No go
This app is frustrating. I always end up calling because the app is not allowing me to Update Order or view details as to why an order is not processing.
It’s likely the pharmacy though. I end up spending several hours a month on the phone contacting WellDyne because I cannot get the app to work.

Terrible App
I can only get the Home and Claims to work, Rx and Orders will never load. WiFi or no wifi, doesn’t matter. This app is terrible. You should take this more seriously and fix your app or I’ll just go elsewhere, since everywhere else has working apps. I can’t even tell what is happening with my scripts. Absolutely no useful information.

Not sure how your supposed to manage your prescription benefits with an app that never loads.
Slow Load Time
It is hard to imagine how it is possible to design an app so terribly that it takes an entire minute for this app to load. I am embarrassed on behalf of the software engineers who created this app.

The app doesn’t work! I launch it, and it just sits there on the title page and does nothing. What a waste of a download.

Needs work
Don’t understand why I have to turn my Wi-Fi off on my phone to access this app but it’s the only way that it doesn’t freeze on the welcome screen. Only found out by accident because nothing else was working to get the app to the logon screen.
