Does not work
I used wephone for the last year, but then it stopped working . Customer service was no help. I am looking for a more reliable app to call Germany and kiss my $5 wePhone credit goodbye.
Rip off pay your money and it won’t open
Total joke, I put $10 in, the core cut just as I was coming to the end of a hold, I then couldn’t call again because it said I had an active phone call, when I finally managed to hang up I tried to call back and the app just closes every single time. I’m glad I didn’t put $20 on it.

Account got banned for apparent breaking violations, done nothing of the sort, will not give me my account back even though it has money on. Slow customer service. Would not recommend.

Trying to find phone number, so I hope I get the free one phone call call
Account Suspended No Refund
I purchased a premium subscription for the Vifone app through the Apple Store, and now my account is suspended without any valid reason. The developer is pushing me off to Apple for refunds, and Apple says I’m not eligible. This is unacceptable. It’s honestly a scam hiding under Apple’s platform. I want others to know about this lack of accountability.

Update caused loss of credits BUT WEPHONE made it RIGGT!
I updated my phone to the new the new IOS and it appeared that I had lost all of my credits… I emailed in the area of where you give feedback and there was good communication between myself and Customer Service! After explaining what happened, my account was reinstated with all the credits that I had had prior to the update. Many people have reviewed this situation as a scam, but it is not, all you have to do is communicate! I recommend Wephone highly!!!!
