This app is not accurate at all with your money. Be careful
I’ve had issues with this app several times. It’s a constant ongoing occurrence. I’ve called Wescom and mentioned to them several times and they have never fixed it. They always blow me off. I recommend you find a better credit union.

Security code
The texting or calling from Wescom to provide a security code to validate certain transaction is no longer working. Only email the code is still working.
Problems with logging in the app
For two days straight I’ve been unable to login through the app, I can only login through the web. I’ve installed and uninstalled the app and I can’t get in.

I’ve had Wescom for 15+ years, not once they have let me down and if they do, they’re very quick on correcting their mistakes. I Love This Bank!!!!!

Zelle needs to be updated on the application
Had an embarrassing interaction with someone with QR code at a chocolate sale. The camera to scan the QR code is not present in the Zelle portion of the Wescom app. Had to run to an ATM at a CVS to get money and the fee. This makes me want to dump Wescom Financial for not having an up to date app.
Logging In
The application itself is fine. What I always, and I mean always, struggle with is logging in. No use having Face ID enabled or saving my login info, as I need to manually type in my account and password every time I have to use the app. There are worse things in life, but why even offer the “quick options” if they don’t even work?

Phone service
I just wanna say your phone service is getting marginally better. It was horrible for so long after you became a bank and you know a lot of your members have moved out of California so the only way I get money from you or answers is on the phone do better.
