Great app!!
This is a great, user friendly app that allows residents, visitors or employees to quickly file a complete detailed request for service/action. It also allows you to receive follow up communications with an employee of the City to ensure your satisfaction. I think it’s a great tool for all people within the City’s limits regardless of residency.

Great idea.
Very lousy response time. Submitted a city tree down 6/21. Branch is still there
