Keeps Getting Better
I wasn’t a huge fan of the app before the redesign, I’d prefer to use the website, but it’s been a massive improvement and they’ve kept adding meaningful updates since
Needs a better UI
The app is getting better with updates but needs a better UI, including a dark mode.
Poor customer service
They don’t reply to ur chats when u have issues and shipping is slow

Loaded to my iPad, version 14.0 and does not give me an option to find my log-in when I forgot it after one year. Did not work then. Even visited the store, one person there could not get it to work after one hour! Did not work then, or now (Oct 12, 2020)
