Tidy app, but only shows a single equidistant point on a single route rather displaying a line of equidistance which would be a more useful function to vary meeting locations when meeting the same friends repeatedly.

We often meet various friends who live some distance from our home.
The Whatshalfway app has helped us identify the spot which is equidistant between us. After which we are able to identify pubs, restaurants and hotels to facilitate our meeting. Extremely helpful.

Probably the most important option is hidden behind a pay wall.
The option to find a halfway point based on time driven is hidden behind a pay wall. If that is what you need out of the app then this app is worthless.
returned zero results
showed no hotels when i know there are in the vicinity.

Thanks for the feedback. The free version of the app can be used for simple halfway searches, other advanced features are part of the Pro subscription.
False information
Not very functional just makes up fake distances it said one place was 32mins away and 31miles away but on Google Maps it’s over an hour

Routes are calculated without factoring traffic so that’s probably why you’re seeing a difference in estimated travel time, there is no fake data
Alternative route
There was no options to travel to destination-I did not want to go on Rt81

A really handy app when planning a long journey, and a very reasonable price to upgrade to the pro version

Ok but does not let you chose a route.
App works well provided you want to follow the route it has picked. It does not allow you to change route to avoid roadworks, visit venues etc

Installed because the website is really helpful, so thought it would be easier to use the app.
App has less to offer and so much needs to be paid for.
Have deleted and will keep using the website for the info needed.

Great concept!
I love that with the pro edition you can search for time vs distance. However, it would be really great to have traffic information for a future timeframe. I might be searching in the morning for a Friday night dinner place and the drive time would vary greatly. Otherwise, I love this!
