Can you make it slower
I appreciate the slowness and glitchyness of the app when putting in miles. I would hate to get any work done. Thank you!!!
Worse App!
5 stars for the worse app. Hate this app, way to slow to open, when you have it open and change to look at another app, it won’t reopen/refresh. Have to force it closed and then try to open again and usually after 5-6time it will open. I don’t trust that it’s logging my mileage correctly. Unfortunately I have no choice because my company makes us use it.

Constant issues
This app is super clunky. It was bad before but now with this new update it doesn’t even default to the current time when you’re logging a new trip. I’m handcuffed to this app for work but will gladly switch if offered to another app.
Barely driver friendly
Just spent hours of time correcting trips, and the need for the delays is a simple fix, all trips are logged as business, the purpose of the app is to separate business and personal use but there is no personal use selection, logs need to be kept for taxes they say. Adjusting gps logged entries make the page just to another random day of the week to back out of the app and go back to the day and finish the adjustments. Business or personal, that’s all there should be. Right now it is not driver friendly, and really destroying productivity. To at least be an app that lets the end user be useful, make it so all miles are not business miles, that is the point to track and separate business and personal miles, there is nothing in the drop downs to ever say miles are personal. Until this changes it’s just a way to charge unapplied time.

Would give it zero stars
Without a doubt a horrible app. Laggy and buggy and just plain doesn’t work. Thankfully I can do most things on the website
Glass Replacement - Screen Blank
I only use this app to report my monthly miles. The one time I needed to use the app for a cracked windshield, you click on glass repair and the screen is white. So the one thing I needed to use this for outside of reporting my mileage, was garbage.
Awful service
The app itself works great. But the company behind it is extremely slow and unresponsive. I’ve been waiting at the repair shop for over 90 minutes for an approval on a cabin filter replacement. I wouldn’t use this company if I had a choice.
App doesn’t work
I have an iPhone 16 completely up-to-date with iOS yet the Wheels app will not open uninstalled reininstalled, you name it I probably tried it. This app is trash.

Crashes constantly
Recent updates cause the app to crash nearly every time you try to log your trip. Sometimes it saves your stop description, sometimes it crashes and duplicates the stop so you have to delete one. Terribly frustrating

More details on Fuel insights
Been using the app for quite a while now. I think it does a fairly good job of tracking miles. One enhancement I would like to see when looking at Fuel insights to have the complete address and time stamp for the gas station where the fuel was purchased.

Worst phone app I’ve ever been forced to use. Buggy, inaccurate, and maddening to use. Avoid at all costs unless you are also forced to use it by your employer.
Functional but frustrating
It’s always felt like too many clicks and loading screens when first opening the app before I can use it to track my trips. After updating it this morning, it feels like it’s quicker, but now it logs me out if I open another app between trips, so I have to go through them again and again if I’m out running errands.
Update team: Please just let me open up the app and use it so I can get moving; it’s very frustrating being ready to go but having to stop and wait for an app to load, again and again.

Awful
App is awful, freezes often, enter and reenter the same information over and over again. GPS coordinates don’t work for calculating miles. I could go on for days about the shortcomings of this app. Unfortunately I am required to use it for mileage reporting.
Shameful
Very laggy and glitchy app I wish we could just go back to the old leaseplan app for mileage reporting. This app does not notify you when its time to report miles which also sucks. Very disappointing. The Wheels falloff gotta be studied please bring back LeasePlan.
Barely functional
I have to use this app as part of my employer’s rollout of the IRS FAVR program. If I had a choice to find and use another app, I would definitely do that. At this point, I’ve been using the app for almost a full year and although they have released occasional updates, none of the updates seem to be targeted toward improving the experience of the end user and that’s because the end user is not their customer; the employer is their customer. Like other reviewers have already pointed out, don’t bother with GPS tracking; you’ll spend more time fixing the entries than if you just manually log your miles. If developers are actually reading these and want feedback, please make the app faster. You could start by removing the login requirements for the app; if somebody manages to snatch my unlocked iPhone out of my hands, logging a trip in the Wheels app is not something I’m worried about the thief doing.

A frustrating app to use
Very unreliable. This is the only app that I use where I have to change or reset my password every time I use it. Not a pleasant or time productive experience.
