Menu options not opening recent update
After recent update menu option are not showing in app

lately the app has been crashing and won’t even open when clicked on. repeatedly had to delete and reinstall to work. app sucks for that reason

Update
Since the recent update I can’t use half the icons on the bottom and there are way more steps to get to where I need to be. Sometimes I wish you would just keep well enough alone.
Website is better
There are specific feature differences between the app and website that make the website better, but the fact that it lacks in the app has gotten me in trouble at work. Ex: seeing my own pick up requests for past shifts or shifts given to someone else. Website can see all that but app can’t so it leads to issues when a shift that i requested was given to someone else but then it turns out they need me anyways. Because the pick up request had disappeared from the app for me but you can still see it on the website. I just wish the app matched the website. Also it randomly crashes and just won’t load. Plus the scheduled maintenance hours are never getting anything done but they take up lots of time. So idk. Not bad as a platform, the app just sucks.

Just updated and restarted my iPhone I can no longer see my schedule at all and my job has it posted threw march already

Recent Update is terrible
I can’t really look into any updated shifts being posted or assigned. Practically empty. I had to resort to using the website for clarity. Hopefully they fix this app soon for those that that view their shifts On-The-Go.

I’ve had the app for years, it doesn’t work anymore. Im not sure what’s taking them so long to release an update to fix the issue. It’s blank when I check. The app is such a waste of space now.
iPhone App Issue - Reinstall
iPhone users tip: I also was affected by the recent update making the app unusable. I was finally able to get the app to work again after completely deleting/uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Everything seems to be back to normal now, but it was a very frustrating experience to miss shifts I didn’t know I was scheduled for since the app was blank.

Push notifications stopped coming through
Overall, a pretty straightforward and easy to navigate app. The only issue I have with it is that I have push notifications turned on through the app AND notifications for this app turned on through my settings, and I still don’t receive any notifications for this app. And I know it’s an issue with the app and not me because this happened with my last phone, and now I have the iPhone 17 pro max all updated and everything and it’s still an issue. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still nothing. I’m missing out on some important work things!
