Great app and Support team is top notch
My wife and I have lived in Finland for almost a year now. We’ve used Whim and have been happy with how easy it is to use. The thing that really separates these guys from the rest is their Support team. They are so quick to respond to tickets and are very reasonable with their responses. Great company and highly recommend for anyone traveling to Finland.

Awesome travel buddy for Helsinki
Was visiting Finland for a weekend and gave Whim a shot for all things transport. Worked super well: setup took like 2 minutes thanks to Apple pay integration. I didn't have to figure out how and what bus or train tickets to get, how to find a cab, etc.

Very bad customer care
They don’t have any customer care phone number to reach them. You just need to wait when will they respond the email.
To me if I cannot talk to a person about a problem then i don’t feel connected.
