Why can’t I see my transaction?
I just recently made a transaction of a set amount of guilders to another WIB account and for some reason I cannot see that that transaction was made in my transaction history yet the money was removed?? Why is this? I would like to have a record of this transaction.
Login Bug
There’s currently a bug when you login that doesn’t allow you to login even if you entered the correct account password and etc.
Customer service TRASH
Seems like everyone in customer service has no idea what they are doing. Over the course of a month if been going back and forth with this lazy team and no one knows how to unblock my account. They are not helpful at all and instead will just direct you to the next department in order not to deal with your problems in which the next department will direct you back to main department you just left. SMH very disappointed in the customer support in this bank.
