Don’t try scanning anything
Don’t try scanning any barcodes. It’ll tell you nothing is wic approved, when they actually are. You’ll be stuck standing there frustrated and defeated, wanting to not even use it. As someone who’s never been on wic before and who just wanted to make sure, before going to the register. I found this to be quite upsetting. Considering it says one thing but when you scan items, it says the opposite.

User not found
Stopped working when I needed to use it… no updated app, can’t use it!!
Not working right and needs to be fixed
Nothing but problems with that this app. Login and get nothing but a user not found when I used it hours earlier.
Used to work fine
Idk what happened but out of nowhere the app tells me session expired and the app closes on its own. It’s never given me any problem until now . I thought it needed an update but none available. I think an update of the app is much needed !!
Crashing
The app crash’s on its own.. some days it doesn’t allow me to log in other days it tells me the session expired and it will go to the barcode scan screen and then close out on me. It was working fine for the first month…. Please fix this is annoying
app doesn’t work
app will sign you out and say user doesn’t exist then randomly logs on but then it goes a couple months not working again

if i could give 0 stars i legitimately would, this app is so poorly developed that it’s almost entirely useless. from the constant login issues like “user not found”, to the issue of not allowing you to check your benefits, the upc scanner denying everything even though you can still buy it… just problems after problems. almost makes it not worth it, i hope they fix it but i seriously doubt it

Scanner Issues
Scanner does not work for any items. Says every item is not approved, even though I was able to purchase half of the items using my WIC card.
Signs u out then says user not found when signing back in
I’m so over it. And when u call the wic office to report the issue they claim there’s nothing they can do about it.
Great app but needs updating
This app used to be very functional. The upc scam doesn’t work so you constantly have to scroll or even resort to asking which items are WIC items. When the app works it’s so useful and makes looking for items for your family quick and easy. Please update this app so people can see their balances, and what foods/nutritional items are covered.

Can't log in
The app was decent when it worked. But the login hardly ever works which makes the app useless.

The app always says user not found when I try to log in even though I am typing the correct username and password. Really annoying when I am at the store and need to know what benefits I have left

Just starting with this app and not impressed so far
As I try to register, I am being booted every time I scroll upward on the DOB menus. I have tried rebooting my phone and I am going to try again after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. So far I have been unable to complete my registration.
Buggy app
It’s impossible to reset my password. It keeps saying user not found so I tried to make it account and it says user already exists.
