Won’t connect after app reinstall
Replaced my phone and reinstalled the app. Tells me my system is already set up on another account even when I select “I am already set up. “ very frustrating

If I pause internet, often times the stupid app won’t unpause internet for hours…
This is terrible!
This app used to work so well. Now it’s terrible. I paused the internet to a device and now can’t get the device to pull up to unpause it. Everything that I try to do keeps giving me a delayed error message. It’s so annoying.

Horrible useless app
This used to be ok. Now it’s horrible. When i lose wifi it still says I’m connected. Every single time i leave and come home or restart my phone it alerts me that a “new” device connected to my network only to see it’s the same phone I’ve had for years now. It also randomly alerts me that a new device connected but there’s nothing i don’t recognize in the list. Probably just my own phone again. WCTEL is pretty bad in general. But this app is garbage.

Internet’s problems
It’s says it’s disconnected and the internet light keeps showing red and the tv is connected so I’m confused
4 stars until recently
I said 4 stars until recently because the app was running smoothly but it wasn’t obvious to me when I first signed up for fiber optic that the app was not free and with my plan you had to have it for a year. It’s down to three stars because like I said earlier, it has been freezing up when I try to use it even after signing out and back in as well as deleting the app and downloading it again. Probably has some bugs that need to be taken care of. If I’m forced to pay for it I would prefer it to work smoothly ;)

Needs fixing
This app used to be great! I could control my
