App is trash
Can’t login with the same email and password I setup when I downloaded the app. Used it three times then wouldn’t allow me to login. Never get an email to reset the password, all this just to say it’s trash.
Terrible app
Cant capture the barcode and the points don’t always reflect correctly. Needs a lot of improvement…

This app never works. I frequent our local Wild Wings and every single time I try to upload a receipt or check in, it says there isn’t one near my location. I can be sitting in the actual restaurant and it will not work. If I want to get rewards I have to go to the trouble of contacting customer service and sending them a scanned copy of my receipt. That’s way too much trouble.

Bad UI
Using this app is horrible. No option to select the flavor you want. It makes you chose extra flavor that I don’t want in order to complete the order.
Redeem issue
App should show how many wings you get BEFORE you hit redeem. Once you hit redeem then and only then is when you find out how many wings you earned.

They declined the sign up reward … and ask to come back … I don’t think they even know about the reward program and care … they just needed the app downloads … that’s it
Terrible Restaurant/Terrible App
Can’t order and pay in the application. Restaurant consistently gets the order wrong.
Won’t take payment
App is not user friendly. Once you get your order together it won’t actually let you pay. I used 5 different credit cards and 2 debit cards.
Wild Wing has good wings but trying to use the app is a waste. Call it in instead.

Location
I’m located in Knoxville,TN and have one less than 10 minutes away from me and the app says there is no location in TN need to update and fix issues
Doesn’t work
We go to Wild Wing once a week. We’ve never been able to use our rewards points because the code never works. Kind of pointless to have a reward app that you can’t ever use.
Coupons
Why send out coupons if the location I am visiting is not going to honor the coupon? Pooler says they do not participate in the coupons. What’s the sense in sending them out if they are not good at all locations? When we have enough reward points are they going to say it is not good at that location?

Transfer points from card
I do not see any way to transfer all of my points from my card to this app.
Reward details do not show until you redeem
The only way to see the reward details is to actually use the reward. Why cannot the reward details show before redeeming the reward?
App is broken
Ordering 18 wings says choose 3 sauces but only lets you choose 1.
Ordering 30 wings says choose 5 sauces but only has options for Ranch or Blue Cheese... not wing sauces.
