Mobile service unavailable
For the last 3 weeks I can not access my account on mobile application and the PC computer,
I have send many emails without any answer except 1 telling me to call Piraeus Winbank,
I do not read or speak Greek, I always get send on HOLD,
I have WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc, I also tried the assistant online this AI only respond in Greek,
I need to have a conversation with an English speaking human, please help, my number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,
I called many times you number, got an English speaking AI female, that send me on hold each time for 15 to 20 minutes.
This is the worst system I heave encountered in my life dealing witth your bank.
I no longer can deal with this matter, HELP,Call me, Thank you

Σε πετάει έξω κάθε 2 μήνες χωρίς να μπορείς να κανείς login και πρέπει να κανείς ανάκτηση λογαριασμού.
Η debit card είναι η αποθέωση της βλακείας. Άσπρα νούμερα σε κίτρινο φόντο. Δεν ξεχωρίζει τίποτα!

Μας έχετε κουραση μας έχετε μπερδέψει μας έχετε κάνει την ζωή δησκολη .ξωδεψτε κάτι € σε συστήματά που εχουνε οι σοβαρές τράπεζες για ελενχω σηναλαγων .Δωστεμας κάρτες που δεν είναι μιας χρήσης και είναι και δισαναγνωστες
Horrible to use
UX is terrible. Please hire someone from the Monobank or Privatbank app team, a UX designer, or just copy their flow.

Not working with Jailbroken Device

Seriously, piraeus Bank has to make a better job developing this app. It crashes constantly, ive used bank apps since 2008 and to be honest the old app worked much better.
Updating the graphics doesnt make a better app. Its gotta work also.

Extrapin problem as always...,with this bank ..
Since I remember myself using this app there was always an extra pin problem ...I have to waste so much time in phone calls to resolve it
....
