Just for the simple fact that they thought this new updated app was sufficient for their customer base says everything you need to know…. And it’s literally impossible to win enough to cash out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Avoid at all costs
This is by far the most primitive casino app I ever used! You’re better off going to Borgata online casino anywhere but here. You have to do landscape for every game, they won’t give you anything for transferring player cards from other casinos. If you want to change your bet you have to crush the button about 500 times. As a casino you make money like crazy you would think you would sink some actual money into an online casino that actually wows the people. Take some tips from the good ones out there. Whoever created this junk should be fired immediately! If I was in charge of getting an online casino app it would blow all the competitors out of the water. Use some imagination and get someone who knows about coding, programing. Feel like my 10 year old son could have created a better app!

Literally crashes every time I play i literally have to reload the game almost every spin. You can tell this is definitely a mediocre gambling app
No blackjack
Pretty amazing to find an online casino that doesn’t even offer the single most popular table game in the country. Hands down the worst casino app of any in Pennsylvania. Which is weird because before the re-launch, it was one of the best. Whoever greenlit this should definitely be re-assigned.

They messed up every deposit match and still waiting on the last one. I got an email for fab Friday deposit bonus 50% and when I didn’t receive it the one agent said they have been having trouble they would add it to my promotion page which I never received the second agent I spoke to said they don’t have a fab Friday deposit which I had an email for the third agent said that they can’t manually put the bonus on and then the fourth agent said they had to hand it up to management. every time I deposit money for a promo something goes wrong.

Worse than before
Windcreek app was very clunky and not that great. The new interface looks nice but at a fraction of what it was. Step back in my opinion. No blackjack games they took them away for some reason

I enjoy this platform you do get paid out rather quickly it will sometimes take a minute but you do get paid I recommend this game to others as well …

Do not deposit
This is the worst casino app it lets you deposit but will never let you withdrawal and if you call or chat with customer service they give you run around answers that leave more questions unanswered!

Since this app has been “updated” it is AWFUL! Very poor selection of games and very poor customer service!! Stay away!! If 0 stars were an option, that’s what would be given. Wind Creek should be embarrassed.
The gaming board needs investigated.

Do Not Install!!!
I installed this app even after seeing the poor reviews and thought I’d give it a chance. That was clearly on me, because ALL the reviews are 100% accurate. This is the WORST casino app of all time. It crashes, games don’t load, there’s about only 40 different slot selections, and when I eventually broke even and got tired of the app, I tried withdrawing my money and it just would appear in my casino account again even after it said withdrawal processing. So naturally I go to chat with someone about it in their help center and it says you have to wait in the chat for 2-5 hours. Who has time for that?

Just Bad
looks like they went from a great online casino site to a generic un appealing site. The site itself is hard to get out of games and get to another one and the games are not that good unlike the last site they had. Hopefully they will see the site is not that good and return it to what they once had….. The first site was worlds better!

Horrid update
This new app is absolutely horrible and I cannot believe it was approved. I’ve completely lost trust in this site and will never play here. Looks and functions as though it was designed by an intern. Sad guys. Truly laughable.

There are barely any games on the new site. There was no sign up bonus except for a match. And all the games lagged. Should have stayed with the old site .
