Great choice and value
Makes me look like I know what I’m talking about and buying when my wine connoisseur friends come over for drinks. App is easy to use but a little clunky with the filters. Overall I would recommend and do use it for most of my wine purchses
Delivery problem
Was informed by DHL mr delivery was going to be late…never turned up. Contacted Winedrops customer service and explained the situation, they contacted DHL and within a couple of days my order was credited to my account and also a credit for me to purchase a bottle of my choice. I re ordered the same that didn’t arrive plus the extra bottle and it all arrived in no time at all. Couldn’t praise the company higher as the guarantee they give is faultless. Excellent to the last.
