Misleading Interface, unauthorized charges , and no way to delete your payment details
I strongly advise caution when using this app. While exploring the app and trying the spinning game, the interface triggered two separate purchases that I never agreed to or confirmed. When I reached out to customer service straightaway to cancel the accidental orders, they simply refused. To make matters worse there is no option anywhere in the profile setting to remove your credit card details, which raise serious concerns about data privacy and consumer rights. Using gamified features to push accidental charges combined with trapping consumer payment consumer data payment is a terrible user experience. Please think twice before putting your credit card details.

You just can’t get wine of this quality for the price anywhere on the high street or elsewhere online. Fantastic!
Good wine deals
Some very decent wine deals to be had, albeit in a rather confusing way - I personally had teething problems with the app and the way it works with deliveries / filing cases but now I understand it it makes sense. I dip in and out, usually after getting an email about a particularly good deal. A nice service for someone who knows what they like and is building a small cellar.
