Doesn’t let me order
For about 1 year this app has not let me order no matter how many chances I’ve give it.
Finally a rewards system
After years of asking the finally added reward points the downside everything is insanely high. 10 points per dollar about average but here’s the catch it would cost 80 dollars for a free side of ranch (OF RANCH!!!) at 800 points. Still little to no special offers or ways to double points. But at least you earn something after years of nothing.

Can’t add reward code
The app is broken and you can’t submit your code to get rewards. Literally no point in getting the app if you cant even get points
No rewards... ever!
Your stupid rewards "skill based" game doesn't work, freezes, and then locks me out for the day because you only get one shot. What a stupid idea for an app that barely runs properly.
Kept my points after cart cleared
App crashed, my cart was empty, had redeemed points for corn, the points and reward were missing so I ended up having to pay for it, no app has ever taken my points and not given me my reward before

didnt get what i ordered
i got a 2 drinks and BONE IN and didnt get the drinks and GOT BONELESS I COULDNT EVEN REPORT THE PROBLEM BECAUSE IT DOESNT GIVE U THE OPTION TO DO SO
Claiming Points
Cannot submit the in store points code via the app. The keypad for entry does not disappear to reveal the submit button to complete and send.
Fix your app
Won’t let me sign in or order. My Internet connection, wifi and data all work fine. This app will keep trying to buffer my order and then fail. THE APP WILL NOT LET ME GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. HOW DO YOU HAVE AN APP THAT WONT LET YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY YOU.
Login Bug
The login bug makes the app unusable. It never saves my login credentials, and after I go through the login process, it takes me right back to the original login screen as if I never signed in. I’ve tried multiple times with the same result.
Canceled
Why the application doesn’t have a button to cancel the order? The customer they get the option to cancel the orders if they want it’s should be by determine time.
Can’t log in
Can’t log in. Even though I know I have an account, I can’t log in through email, apple or google. No vpn or anything so idk what the problem is. I keep getting an error message that there was an unexpected error and to please try again. Which I have. Dozens of times. It never works.
BUGGY APP
I go to place my order it says order ready already and takes the money but they receive no order? fix this please!!!!!
Google login loops; poor user experience
The google login process opens up a pop up window that you have to then close and then you are never actually logged in. Poor user experience.

Dmareo gave me the best customer service I came in mad from Popeyes wanting some fries I came in angry and by the time I finished my order I was happy again he had great connection with me and made my day

Made a mistake by ordering boneless wings, I immediately called in the to see if I could possibly change it to bone in Reggie was very kind and did an exception. Reggie was super friendly and helpful.

Terrible app, get to the checkout screen and can’t even checkout.
