They gave me the wrong order but the food was ok and they gave me spicy and I can’t handle spice
Can’t order ahead with card
I can never order ahead of time with the app, whenever i use my card or apple pay it says error occurred and has been going on for months. I don’t typically eat at wingstop but i tried to order yesterday and it gave me the same error from a few months back when i tried to eat from here before. Fix this issue cause i aint waiting no 20 mins to order in store lol

Can’t finish order
Everything else works perfectly but Anytime I want to order something and I get it the checkout it just stays loading for a minute then says timed out
Hate the app
Why ask to use my location if you don't use it for the closest store (I've ordered in the parking lot). I don't like using the app anyway, but have been told I couldn't order the same meal deal in store anymore. The local store handled the situation wonderfully.

Randomly stopped working
App is garbage
Standard half thought through app. Add deals yet when added to cart the prices remain the same. Why offer free wings then add the price at cart. AI created app, probably.
Forced Updates
I can’t stand how often this app’s development team updates the app and then forces an upgrade for a relatively new version. They even quantified it on the forced update page by showing me I had 2026.8.0 and the newest one was only 2026.8.1, so I literally had a version that was only a few weeks old. This has been such a long-standing problem.

Erased account
Wingstop just lost me. I always buy from them and built up a lot of points and today lo and behold my account and points magically disappeared. Tried to log in and it came up as if I never had an account. I’m done with them.

Wing stop… can u stop being mean and make the Carolina bbq gold permanent, it’s the best sauce I’ve ever tasted… my entire family loves it although i am not into nothing hot or spicy this flavor hits just right. Now can u somehow find it in ur sweet and sour heart to be nice and add it to the menu… and stop teasing people too that’s wrong wing stop!!!

Rating for the app, not food
Love the wings. Hate the payment section of the app. I always have trouble paying for some reason. Venmo seems to work most of the time. But paying with Apple Pay or a credit or debit card almost never works. It’s really frustrating.
Get Rid of this Trash App
If I frequently order from a specific store, why does this stupid ahh app redirect which store I will get my food that I paid my money from.... OBVIOUSLY if I favorite a restaurant I want to keep receiving my food from THAT restaurant, I don't care which is closer, that is what tips are for, which you force onto my final total before I even put in the amount!
This is outrageous and very infuriating being that multiple Wingstop chains have bad reviews but I am FORCED to get my food from a disgusting unsanitary environment for food that isn't cheap at all. I will stop using this app after today.

Times are fake
On weekend nights, they always lie to me about the time. The latest my order was supposed yo be done to ight was 30 minutes ago and I am still waiting.

The worst app. When you have to enter your rewards code manually, hold on to the receipt. You aren’t guaranteed the points. Ask me how I know….
App won’t load
I can’t even order through the app at all stuff in review order, can never check out deleted and re installed so many times got fed up and stopped

Why everytime I try to order there’s always a new update. And then it always logs me out and then steals all my points and then makes me create a new account with zero points!!

Pricing inconsistencies
I think it’s ridiculous that it shows a certain price of everything when you have it in your cart but then at checkout the price of everything increases. Wings, and fries, other sides and everything.
