Why do I have to update every month?
I actually think this is a great app. But I’ll say I order from wingstop about once a month and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to update the app. If I’m at home it’s no biggie, but there have been many times where I simply don’t order because I don’t want to use my data to download it.
Loyal customer
I’ve been a loyal Wingstop customer for a long time, so it’s disappointing that previous purchases don’t count toward the new rewards program. It would’ve been nice if longtime customers received bonus or retroactive points instead of starting at zero. Loyal customers should be recognized too.

Can you add a comments/notes box? I always have to call to modify my order and they NEVER get it right (wings dry, sauce on the side)

Everytime I open this app, I have to update it. It is absolutely ridiculous. Last time I checked, you were not the FBI or CIA so you do not need this much oversight of your app!
No way to earn rewards in store
There should be a way to get rewards for ordering in the store. Sometimes we decide last minute to come and ordering in the app is pointless and takes longer when we’re already in the store.

issue processing payment
obviously i'm not the only one that continuously gets this error message when trying to place order. won't let me do it for delivery or pickup, on the app or website and i've tried multiple cards and it never lets me place order. this has been happening for months please fix :(

Order sent to the wrong store TWICE – bring back store selection first!
I like the app’s rewards program, but a recent update completely ruined the ordering experience. They removed the feature that forces you to specifically select your store location before you start building your order.
Because of this UI change, I’ve now mistakenly placed my order at the wrong Wingstop location two times in a row. There's nothing worse than showing up to pick up your food only to realize the app sent it to a store across town.
Wingstop developers: please fix this! Bring back the "select store before ordering" step so customers stop wasting money and time on accidental orders. I’ll happily update my rating once this is restored, but until then, it's a 1-star experience.

In store points not working
You need to fix your in-store points menu on the app. When I attempt to input the code there is no way to reach SUBMIT because it is blocked by the in app keyboard

I’ve never had a problem using this app. It made me update it today. Tried to place an order three times and it glitches out, but still takes the money off my card.
This app sucks
I can never put in an order for pick up or online ever since the rewards update went into affect. I constantly get to the page where I have my option to pay for my wings and the message states “payment details invalid, please update and try again” mind you I switched to Apple Pay, physical card and all give that error messages then if you do a over the phone option you miss out on the rewards because there is no option to put “missed points” do better wingstop.

Their food is so good!
I know for one being a picky teen it’s kinda hard cause I never really find the food I like, but Wingstop is SO GOOD! My cravings are satisfied! Five stars.
Bad App
Can’t use anything, Evrrything is slow and sucks, took me 20 minutes to place a simple order, had to constantly close and reopen the app. iphone 15 pro w 5g data so i’m not the problem. The app is butt and needs to be made better.
Poor design
If you order through the app I would imagine you get points, but the redeeming your code option is completely broken. I can type in my receipt code but the keypad stays up blocking the submit option.
Something is wrong with the app
I could never order food through the app. It always gives me problems with whatever card I use.
Horrible App update
Ever since the new rewards update I haven’t been able to place mobile orders. There are rewards and offers I can’t take advantage of because the app won’t let me place orders. I deleted the app, re downloaded and still nothing. I tried it on my husbands phone and same thing. I call the stores to place phone orders and inform them of what’s going on and they say they can’t help. What’s the point of having special offers or rewards if the store can’t honor them and the app is horrible ? I’ve tried creating new accounts with new emails new phone numbers and same thing, I can’t place orders online at all so frustrating.

The app says they close at 1:00. They close a lot earlier. Spent 20 minutes putting in an order due to the app continually locking up. Never could put in an order.
Wingsnob is open though. Their app works perfectly.
