Best childcare search app
We recently moved and struggled to find quality childcare for our four year old daughter until we found Winnie. We could search and find openings and also see the certifications for each location, something that was not available on Google or yelp.

Don’t waste your money
At $150 per month for advertising that doesn’t work this app is a no go for providers. The app’s customer service reps take 1 week to reply to concerns at minimum

The app is not like the website.
App does not list and show reviews of the childcare facilities. This is visible and easily accessible on the website, but with the app, the general info is listed but NOT the reviews by other parents/guardians. PLEASE FIX!! As most ppl rely on the app to be well developed an not use the website on a mobile device when an app is available.

We had looked for quite a while to find a new set up and Zea has been a dream. She is kind, attentive, responsive, responsible, and our daughter is thriving in her care. She sleeps like a champ, eats well, and Zea is great with making changes as needed. She is experienced and you can tell. We wanted an environment where she would be loved on, paid attention to, played with, and got outside. I truly can’t say enough good things about her. Useful in Theory
I like this app a lot but I’d like to warn a lot of you moms out there, be warned that a lot of times using the app to communicate with the daycares or facilities is only good if they ever reply. I requested information from nearly 10 different facilities and nobody sent me a singly email or message via this app. It’s been over a month with multiple request and not a single reply.

It’s a good app for single parents who need help or advice to improve life and kids but would have been great if someone can actually communicate with another privately on dm. Please I will want the technical team to look into this thanks.

Lifesaver for new parents
Great app, Easy to use
This is a great app to find information on local child care near me. My states website does not provide nearly as much information about the child care providers as Winnie does. I love that it focuses on licensed care so I feel much more comfortable knowing the options on here are more legit. It makes browsing for care SO EASY! The forums and parenting advice can be pretty helpful too!

This is one of my most used apps. The forums are a great resource for advice on life, especially parenting. The childcare search has been super helpful in researching providers, especially when we were moving to a new area.
Very helpful for finding child care options and getting advice
This app is great for searching daycare and preschool options near where we live and seeing the options on a map. I also find the reviews by other parents and the links to the licensing sites very useful. It’s convenient to be able to message the child care providers too. The community forum is useful for getting information and thoughts from other parents.

It’s tough being a parent and it really does take a village. Winnie can be that village for you.

I really had high expectations for this app but many daycares, activities... are missing
I live in Williamsburg - Brooklyn and don’t find this app helpful since too many things are missing! They don’t lost the daycare next to my place (pretty good one too)

Great potential
Has great potential but it has outdated data and is missing major area playgrounds, amusement parks, and splash pads.
Should encourage people to contribute by giving user stats (how many reviews they’ve made, how many places they’ve added). You should also be able to do wider searches and not limit it to 1 area at a time.

Great for new parents
Pretty intuitive to use and easy to access. I love to just scroll and connect with new people. I generally find a lot of value in getting childcare and stuff to do on the weekends.
