I keep getting message update the app to continue every time I try to open the app and it refuse to me log in or use the accounts

Hi, when I open the application it says I need to update the application.. but when I open the App Store to update it…. it only says “open” because I have the application and use it regularly.. there is no open to update it takes me back to the application asking me to update it again?? I can’t access it

Worst bank poor service and they don’t help get your money back
I made a $10,000 business transaction with a company in India that failed to deliver my products. When I turned to Wio for help, they refused to provide any meaningful assistance. Their only response was to tell me to “resolve it with the other party” and they closed the matter.
I’ve banked with multiple institutions over the years, and Wio has been the most disappointing by far. When you’re trusting a bank with large business transactions, you expect support when something goes wrong not to be left completely on your own.
I genuinely regret opening an account with Wio. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for a business bank.

I had written a review before that I had problems with opening the account. Now once the issues resolved after a quite time, I can say that the app is very well structured. Very easy to transfer money and open new saving accounts in different currencies.

Over 1 month to open the business account - still not working
I am currently in the process of opening the business account for over 1 month. I am still not able to use my account fully which is a disaster. The whatsapp service is always postponing the process telling me to wait 1-2 business days. I even have money on the account which is current „blocked“ because of technical issues. I have the feeling that this decision of going with WIO was a bad one.
