Worst nightmare product

n an era where smart home tech is becoming seamless and advanced, Wipro has managed to produce an absolute nightmare of a product. This doorbell is essentially overpriced junk. The connection is unreliable, the build quality is poor, and it functions more like a toy than a modern security device. I expected quality for the premium price they charge, but instead, I got a product that belongs in the trash. Save your money and your sanity,look at literally any other brand before buying this

Scheduled time issue

scheduled time in my Wipro smart plug works only when this app has to running/opened in background in mobile, if app closed stop working. I wanted to schedule a long run time like week or month, if possible I will try switching on/off manually, what was the use of this feature, can you advise or resolve this issue.

Regret buying over Philip

I totally regret buying this one over the philip smart bulb. The music sync only works as soon as you keep the app open on that specific page, what’s the point of it if it can’t sync with music in the background? The schedule on and off also NEVER works. I feel like I wasted my money. Extremely disappointed. Every time I open the app it shows device failure. So frustrating.

Not performing well

This app is doing worst after the updates it was functioning properly previously but since it was updated. The lights keeps on disconnecting all the time from the app and Automation tasks fails all the time. Was able to connect to my home lights from any where now it is not connecting at all via wifi or internet just working with bluetooth. Fed up with the app.

Perfect + suggestion

Perfect but I would like to request one more feature in application. Application should have sleep timer to auto shut off light after a scheduled time like shut off after 5 to 60 minutes.

Colour of the bulb is not working

After 2 years of smart bulb now the colour of the bulb stopped and started giving white colour instead of colour which I have choose from 2 years .
when I checked with the Wipro smart app it’s not giving the colour light option only varieties of white colour is useful and not the colourful colour don’t know what is happening . I have a small baby use to have a colour night bulb with Wipro smart bulb. But from few days it has stopped doing his work. Very disproved disappointed with light. In app it had colour changing option but light is not giving the colour I am choosing expect the white colour . Please clarify my problem.

Widget for wipro

Its high time you should explore and give us an option of adding a widget where we can access our main lights from the widget itself, instead of opening the app every time to switch on lights.

Plus why does few lights have buttons on the home page of your app and for few lights we have to open the specific light and then only we can switch it on.

You need to work massively on the Ui of the app and make it more useful.

Worst service from Wipro

While I don’t have any issue with the App, I wanted to share my experience with Wipro Support. Few of the bulbs stopped working for me and I have been following up with Wipro Support for more than 15days now. Issue is still open. Worst thing is they don’t have any defined process to take customer complaints to closure. Customer don’t get any message with the complaint or request number for the issue raised and they don’t provide any regular updates to the customer on what’s happening with the complaint.

Superb App

Quite happy with the app and the device. I only wish if there could be a way to display the power, amps, voltage data as a graph over time and there was a way to extract this data in a different format.

The music sync option can only be enabled, when you are on that particular page inside the app. When the app is closed or if another app is opened, it stops! Please fix this! The bulb is not so great.. cannot see much difference in color shades.

Really pathetic app. Doesn’t connect the devices half of the time

It’s one of the most annoying apps I have ever came across. I tried connecting one light which got connected but now it is not connecting any other devices at all. Everytime after following all the correct process it fails to connect. Very very annoying.

Worst service from wipro

I purchased a wipro smart socket and within three months, it stopped working. I reached out to Customer Care and they arranged a pick up for my faulty device. It’s been more than 20 days, but there is no response from the service team. When I try to reach them, they do not pick up the calls, nor the answer on WhatsApp, my device is with them now. Neither they are repairing it. Nor, they are replacing it . think twice, If you’re buying any stuff from Wipro , they don’t have service centre.

Needs a “Restart” function

The device finds it difficult to connect to my WiFi. The device “forgets” its schedule regularly - doesn’t switch off when it is supposed to.
And why does the App not have a restart button? I am able to switch off the device from my phone easily, but I cannot switch it on. The app reports network connection unavailable. Why must I ‘switch off’ and then ‘switch on’ again, when all I want to do is restart my device.

Music mode

Make this app great again since the last update though the UI has improved noticably but the music mode is worse than last version
The sync has detorioated as it used to (in previous vesrion) sync with music it listens and light was apt to sound but this new update has limited lights and desync to music whatsoever be Played (for music mode)

Weird electric details -10A Plug

Using 10A Smart Plug and at times find the “electric” option showing details like current, power, voltage when the plug is off or it is not even connected to the wall socket. The moment it is switched ON all these values become zero, which should be the other way round. This is not all the time and whenever the values are displayed when it is actually on, they are unrealistic or even feasible. However, timer/scheduler and log options are fantastic. I use this plug for watering my plants remotely through DIY drip system.

Keeps getting logged out!

You need to bring an update for the app. In every 10 minutes the app keeps getting logged out itself and I have to again do the whole lengthy process of pairing it with my device!
It keeps disconnecting and then automatically starts blinking again and even when I switch off the light it keeps getting on
Upgrade the firmware of the bulb or bring an update
Pathetic service being an IT company!

Something is wrong with connections

It was working fine for long time but now suddenly all devices are randomly shown disconnected even if device arr on. Tired te registering one device. Worked for some hrs and again it’s showing disconnected on app.

I think developers need to update to latest version of ios.
